An island of greenery in the centre of Riccione, a beautiful art deco villa just fifty metres from the fashionable Viale Ceccarini shopping area, three hundred meters from the Railway Station, one hundred meters from the brand new Convention Center, one hundred and fifty meters from the beach but completely secluded and surrounded by greenery.
Some rooms are located in the villa, and some in the modern annex.
