Beautiful but overpriced
The views from this hotel are amazing. From our room, breakfast, the pool and the beach it was spectacular. The breakfast and breakfast staff are very good. Our room was nice but not as nice as it looked in the photos. The bed was very, very hard; as were the pillows. The pool and beach area are crowded and don't have enough chairs. We found that people reserve their chairs by bringing out their belongings as soon as the pool and beach open and then go back inside. The spots on the shuttle busses are also reserved so early in the morning that it is difficult to get seats. One night the corridors smelled like sewage. We never did find out what the smell was but it was gone in the morning. This is a beautiful place but not worth the price.

Gute Lage
Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und spricht mehrere Sprachen. der Pool ist beheizt und schön angelegt und den ganzen Tag sonnig. der 2. Strand ist weniger gut zum baden geeignet und hat nachmittags keinen direkten sonnenschein. Die Preise im Restaurant sind sehr gehoben. Der gratis Shuttlebus (geringe anzahl an Fahrten) nach Taormina kann nur am selben tag gebucht und reicht nicht für die anzahl der interessenten aus. Taxi kostet 15 EUR pro fahrt. Altenativ kann mit der ca. 10min (nicht durchgängiger gehsteig) entfernten seilbahn taormina erreicht werden. ein lininenbus fährt in der nähe des hotels (ca. 50 m)weg. der bus zum flughafen hätl an der selben haltestelle. wir hatten einen schönen und angenehmen aufenthalt

Super Lage und grandiose Aussicht
Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Aetna. Einmalige hoteleigene Strandbucht - erreichbar über den direkten Lift im Felsen. Frühstücksterrasse mit super Aussicht auf das Meer und Aetna. Gute Bedienung an der Bar und in den Restaurants.

Pour les amoureux du grand bleu !
Cet hôtel est idéal pour un séjour en couple. Il est situé sur une falaise et semble se jeter directement dans la mer. Pour vous rendre sur les hauteurs et rejoindre les ruelles de Taormina, vous pourrez laisser votre véhicule sur le parking privé et emprunter les navettes régulières mises à votre disposition par l'hôtel toutes les heures (l'entrée de la vieille ville est à cinq minutes). Les chambres sont spacieuses et élégantes. Elles offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer et l'Etna depuis une terrasse privative. Nous avons donc pris plaisir à petit-déjeuner face à la mer avant de rejoindre la piscine à débordement de l'hôtel qui vous rappellera certainement quelques scènes mythiques du cultissime Grand Bleu... Pour les amateurs de plages, pas de problème l'hôtel dispose de sa propre crique aménagée ! L'accueil est semblable au standing général de l'hôtel qui mérite largement ses quatre étoiles. Le piano bar a des allures de bar lounge où vous pourrez profiter d'un verre dans une ambiance musicale jazzy jusqu'à plus d'une heure du matin. L'hôtel dispose également de plusieurs restaurants hauts de gamme. Nous avons ainsi pu déguster de savoureuses gambas grillées et autres spécialités siciliennes particulièrement raffinées. Bref, l'hôtel est magnifique et nous y retournerons !
