Hardly 4 star hotel
No idea why they have 4 stars? Extremely small TV set from the 70-s, no safe in the room. Carpets need cleaning. The rest needs a bit of fresh lick of paint. Staff indifferent. Sometimes helpful, sometimes pretend not to be there at all. Breakfast like in a 3 star hotel. The only advantage is the location but there are many cheaper hotel at that location too. All in all - nothing special, just aspirations.

I stayed many times in thsi hotel and I liked because of it is location and the price. The rooms are clean and good. although many amenities are missing such as iron and iron board in the room. The staff are not friendly, never smile and are very serious.

Good place to stay
Location is excellent in terms of proximity to the city centre with good restaurants, museums, shops and train station. Easy getting there by the airport express bus too, which is a much better value than a taxi. Staff were very helpful. We stayed in a superior room which was nice and clean. TV was rather ancient but there was plenty to see in the city itself. Breakfast was simple for a 4* hotel but included a reasonable range. Not much useful tourist information at the hotel and in the city itself so do bring your own!

Starhotels Majestic Review
When we checked in at the hotel, it was only around 12:30 p.m. I had just gotten off of a very long plane ride from the United States. Since a regular double room wasn't available yet, the hotel clerk upgraded us because he knew I was tired and needed a nap. We greatly appreciated this. I thought the room was nice.

Wonderful stay in Turin
Wonderful stay, great location, helpful staff, clean and friendly. Arrived early for Slow Food Terra Madre conference, so I could see the beautiful city of Torino. I purchase a Piedmont card and choco-pass, and off I went. The Peidmont card allows you entry into all the museums and rides on all the buses. The hotel is very centrally located near all of the attractions, Egyptian museum, reale, palace, etc. The chocolate pass allows you to tour all the pastry and candy shops along the way for a special treat such as truffles, chocolate, torte, hot chocolate etc. It was wonderful. I highly recommend both the hotel and passes. The Tourist office is across from the hotel in the Porto Nova train station, you can get all the info you need, and purchase both passes as well.

My only criticism is that wi-fi
My only criticism is that wi-fi access is not provided free of charge. Otherwise this hotel was excellent.

Excellent hotel.
The Starhotel Majestic was in an excellent location and within walking distance to the train station, several nice restrauants, shopping, and sight seeing attractions. It was a comfortable, clean hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotellets läge är centralt. Sängarna var sköna, rummen stora och fina. Frukosten var ok, dock saknades mörkt bröd och frukt.
