A tax has been imposed by the city for stays beginning 1 October 2012, and will be collected directly at the property. The tax ranges from EUR 1 to EUR 5 per person, per night. The amount has been determined by the local administration, depends on the star rating of hotel and the season of travel. Nice place to stay for visiting Venice
Hotel located in a nice and mostly residential area of Mestre. Very easy, near and quick access by bus to Venice. You can buy the tickets at the hotel front desk. Personnel very helpful, courteous and professional. Breakfast adequate but you can have it outdoors under a gazebo. Hotel parking limited but should not be a problem. Hotel has no elevator, maximum 2 flights up. Room was small even for European standards. Perhaps this was just our rake rate room. I'd recommend this hotel if you are looking for an inexpensive hotel.

We did stay in Marghera a industrial town near venice. The hotel was conveniently located near the bus stop and didnt take long getting into Mestre/Venice. The rooms were small but adequate and clean enough. the television had a mind of its own but hey we were not there to sit in the room so didnt bother us much.

The staff at the hotel were wonderfully helpful! Friendly and spoke english which really made things easy for us. The Hotel was clean and though the room was small it was all we needed after a long day in Venice. The hotel is a bus ride away from Venice and it would have been nicer to stay a little closer, but due to the vacation season prices on Venice had skyrocketed! This hotel is very close to a direct bus line to Venice and within a longer walking distance to the rail station. You can purchase bus and water taxi passes right at the hotel. Did not explore the immediate area too much other than to get dinner one night. Dinner was o.k. We did have a problem with a few mosquitos in our room but from what I hear you'll find that all over Venice too!

Convenient and friendly
We stayed here while visiting Venice, and it was a great value. The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. While the hotel is not in Venice, the direct bus (which takes about 15 minutes and leaves you right on the Grand Canal) stops only 200 feet or so from the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, with a small shopping area (restaurants, grocery, laundry), a couple of block away. Our room, while small, did have a nice bath and a small fridge.

séjour agréable
Chambre petite mais confortable, Petite salle de bain, Le personnel est accueillant et de bons conseils. Un point faible, cet hôtel est à environ 15 minutes de Venise, à Marghera précisemment, petite commune sans intérêt, où il est difficile de se restaurer.
