Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka

Nice hotel in Central Osaka. Good staff, nice size room, not too small, but not sure it is worth the 5 stars indicated. However, when the price is -50%, go for it! There is a free hotel bus from Osaka station, which was tiptop, until it stops running around 22.00. Taxi takes about 5-10min., and costs very little. -Happy customer.

No complaints whatsoever. Spacious room (by Japanese standards), phantastic views, very friendly service, a huge range of toiletries. Very much appreciated the free shuttle service from from JR Osaka station. LAN connection not included in the room rate though.

We booked a double room, which turned out to have a King sized bed. Excellent service, very nice hotel, large rooms, plenty of amenities. There are a number of restaurants in the hotel, although they were a bit pricey. Free shuttle bus to Osaka Station is convenient (would have been helpful to us if there was one to Namba Station as well).

Rated as 5 stars but certainly not. Location, services, room etc

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Rihga Royal Hotel in Osaka. The front desk personnel was extremely polite, as were pretty much everyone that worked at the hotel. When I came back to the room, it was meticulously cleaned by the staff. Although the room was relatively small, I found it to be comfortable and perfectly suited for a person on a business trip. It had a long desk and a swivel lamp for getting work done. There were numerous restaurants and shops on the lobby level as well as the lower basement level. This hotel was clearly one of the better ones in the area.

フロントは当然のこと　エレベータで会ったスタッフの方からお掃除の方まで　丁寧な対応で気持ちいいです。お部屋は若干　男性ビジネスマン向けがありありでしたので　女性としては中性的な感じならよかったです。

although it is neat station... but needs to transfer few times to get there.. but... this is a famous and nice hotel.

大変素敵なホテルでした。 朝起きたら目の前が工事現場だったからか、このクラスとしては格安に宿泊できましてしかもお部屋がとにかく綺麗で広い!!　大変にラッキーでした。 たまたま非常にホテルが込み合った日で、予算内で連れと同じ、もしくは近辺の宿が取れずに、私１名だけシングルを貴サイトで予約しました。16.5平米のシングルのはずだったのですが、これもラッキーな事にたまたまツインの30平米以上はあるだろうお部屋に案内され恐縮してしまいました。フロントの方も応答がとても感じよく、もっとゆっくり滞在したい テルでした。 分宿した連れは大阪城近くの老舗ホテル滞在で、そこもとても居心地良く満足してましたが、リーガロイヤルのほうが少しラグジュアリーな雰囲気だと私の撮った室内写真を見て羨ましがっていました。

It's an excellent hotel, and the service is great. I will definetly stay there again next time.

酒店安排房間頗混亂,要求double bed 卻給了twin bed ,要求換房竟換了一間在房角落的double bed,很小,看似單人床多一點,並非在房中間的double bed.隔壁房間同一款亦只是單人住宿,似有被騙感覺 . 用過的水杯原封不動 ,仍有喝剩的荼包,沒有清潔 . 蓋的被只用一張白床單放在床冗下連床冗一起蓋著睡 ,床冗邊有污漬. 早到能先checkin, 要2.30pm再回來chickin, 別的5星酒店都可以早checkin 雖然未能進房,但都可以拿房卡先,亦會將行李先拿上房,好讓旅客晚上回來取匙上房便可以.但這間卻要人1430回來checkin,浪費旅客時間, 這酒店的服務只值3星.
