Beautiful location nearby metro
There's a beautiful park nearby the Tokyo Prince and the hotel is just a few block walk to the metro. There's a wonderful French Bakery and a small grocery store on the way to the metro.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Use Le Pain Quotidien for breakfast. About a minute walk from the main entrance. Although not cheap, still much better than hotel restaurant prices, plus has all familiar things that: real bread, pastries, coffee, etc.

5 Day Holiday for two adults
Great location! Subway right outside the property; Tokyo Tower a block away; oldest temple next door; Disney1/2 subway ride; Imperial Palace 20 min. subway ride. Not so good: Restaurants on site, but nothing open until 9AM. Even one that served breakfast pastries, etc. Lawson's Market in hotel open at 7AM though with juice, pastries and sandwiches. Earlier comments by others were regarding "needs redecorating". We didn't find this to be a big deal. And some redecorating was in progress. Rooms were spacious for Japan, comfortable, clean. We'd definitely stay there again.

Tokyo Drift
Getting there is tough - unless you go to the basement of the Hamamatsucho station - to the bus terminals, gate 5 - and take the free shuttle bus to the hotel. Best of all, it is complimentary. The service runs every 30 minutes. The room is big going by Tokyo's standard. Getting online sets you back 42yen per minute. They have a cap of 1,050 yen per 24-hour block. Unfortunately, they only have one line per room. If you use two or more pcs, you will be charged accordingly. Hence the 24-hour cap applies to EACH pc you use to get online. They have this GREEN day, whereby the hotel will not clean your room. You get a 500-yen coupon for the inconvenience - but you can use it at the Lawson convenience store at the basement.

We specially liked the location;
We specially liked the location; guess the only hotel in Tokyo where you have some empty space around it. Pool is crowded on weekends and half-price after 4 pm. Deff. our 1st choice hotel in Tokyo.

One of the "greenest" hotels in Tokyo. Never had such a big room for this price. Negative is only that the pool costs extra. Otherwise perfect hotel. Will deff. stay again.

Unbeateble location for the price!
Over all, excellent. Price and location can't be better. Staff very helpful and courteous. Very clean. Negative. Internet, they charge me per minute, I use it occasionally and at the end I was charged for over 48 hours. Incident, (nothing to do with the Hotel) be careful if you pre arrange city tours, "Sunrise" is the company I used, the show up the first two days and the last tour, they did not bother to tell me that my tour was canceled. I called and they sais, "sorry it was cancelled cause you were the only one and is not worth it for us!". I did buy on line true VIATOR, make sure is not Sunrise, you may be wasting your day. I also need to see the reimbursement for that tour. Small letters, call to confirm your tour. They did knew about me two days on the roll, why they did not say something on previous tours?

Tokyo Prince Hotel
This hotel is convient for travelers from Narita Aiport,you can get a dircect bus. Once at the hotel you can walk to several locations including the Tokyo Tower that is right around the corner. You can easily walk to several train stations or take the free shuttle bus. Taxis are always standing by if you prefer to travel that way. The room was bigger than others I have stayed at in Japan. Ammenities are about the same.

This is a very old hotel. The service was fantastic, but the place is very old. Good value hotel with a Taxi rank in it's driveway. But its just getting very old and dated.
