the b roppongi Tokyo

It is a block from Exit 5 of the Roppongi Station (if coming from Narita Aiport of JR Train, you will need to transfer twice on subways, I believe you use Chiyoda, then Hibya). We were able to get a deluxe room for around 170 USD per night and the room was pretty spacious with the bed consisting of two double beds pushed together. The coffee in the lobby is good and free. The breakfast buffet is great if you do not mind Japanese fare, only a few selections for those without adventurous tastebuds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in a three block radius. 100 Yen shop (dishware) and Don Quijote Shop (fourth floor) near the hotel for those looking for Japanese souvenirs. Lots of people walking around at all times of the day and night.

Overall, it was a nice room. A bit small, but that's expected in Tokyo. The bathroom didn't have a ventilation fan, but the shower was large enough. The area around the hotel has things to offer, and is close to the subway. It would have been nice to have some complimentary water as the vending machine on the second floor was out of water the first day I was there. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked well. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

The b roppongi is a clean hotel and in a very good location for resturants and the underground. The buffet breakfast has a variety of hot and cold food and is of a good standard. I would stay here again.

I stayed for one night after a concert at the Billboard Live Midtown location. It was less than a 5 minutes walk and immediately around the corner from all the nightlife in Roppongi. I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The room itself was huuuuge (king bed, extra seating, desk) and clean with no lingering smells. The only gripe I have is that the entrance is up a few stairs and since I was carrying a heavy suitcase, it was rather troublesome. Other than that, this is a great hotel and I'll definitely visit again in the future.

Excellent location! One minute walk to a subway entrance, close to great restaurants, bars and shopping. Excellent place to stay for nightlife in Tokyo. Close to Tokyo Midtown Tower and Park. No WiFi, but there is an free ethernet connection in the room, and a computer in the lobby you can use for free; or you can rent it for the day to take up to your room for 1,000 yen. Our breakfast was included in the room when we booked through [this website]. Continental breakfast buffet consisted of toast, rolls, donuts, yogurt, cereal, eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat, and mixed vegetables; coffee, milk and juice. The food was decent, I liked everything accept the scrambled eggs.

In the land of ultra-customer service, the staff at this amazingly over-priced hotel were rude and unhelpful. I couldn't believe the hotel when we arrived because we were paying over $300/night. It was in a disgusting neighborhood (unless you like drugs and prostitutes) and the room was falling apart. Looking at the hotel and the room, I would have guessed it would cost $140 max. But it was more than double. I wouldn't be so angry if the staff had been accommodating, but they were not! And I also wouldn't have been so angry if there wasn't a dance club right outside the hotel where people were clubbing until 7am (all of which we could hear even from the 9th floor). The room was clean though. Only advantage. I would rather stay anywhere than here, especially for the price tag.

The hotel is fairly new, nice bed, sheets, clean room, etc but the standard room is tiny. I think this is normal for Tokyo though so overall a pretty good hotel (especially when you compare the prices to other hotels in the area.

Location is in the center of Roppongi between Roppongi Hill snd Tokyo Midtown complexes. Stardard rooms are small. Breakfast is limited. Staff is excellent.
