Acceptable stay in Macau
The hotel was chosen for its location which was good. The breakfast, not included in the room cost, was mediocre at best. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked but the rugs were tired and stained. The hotel is undergoing renovation and that may deal with the slightly musty smell in the hallways and room tiredness. There was mold around the tub and bath mat but otherwise the bathroom was clean. This was an average budget hotel that has had at least one extra star added for some unknown reason.

Good location
This is my first time to visit Macau. This hotel location is good to access to all major hotels/casinos, and shopping area. The breakfast was not so good ,but it's acceptable. Service was good and staffs are professional, but all facilities are old.

Great location in macau
Close to nearby casinos. A small grocery store across the street and a 7-11 around the corner. Two minor complaints : Hotel room floor is stained and worn. center console nightstand has elevator music pumping out at low volume and you can't turn it on or off. The amenities and location make this a place I would come back to.

Smokingly Bad
We booked a suite, which is the price of 2 regular rooms. Turns out that a suite is just a room, with an even smaller room attached. When we asked to change this suite (priced at 2 regular rooms) to 2 regular rooms, they said cancelations and refunds are not allowed. Also, despite the No Smoking signs, the room smells like cigarette smoke, so bad that I woke up the next day with clothes smelling like cigarettes. The concierge doesn't know where anything (including the front door) is. He just smiles and nods at everything. I guess that's a sign of friendliness.

Very interesting vacation trip.
Generally average. They don't speak English. They are not prepared to give you any information about Macau. They don't even speak the National language from Portugal. Communication is a problem.

The Chinese fist buffet at the Venetian was wonderful. Not as great as our buffets in Las Vegas and yet, lots more expensive.

Stayed in the family room for 3 nights. The rooms are comfortable but the bathroom is pretty old. No major complaints. The lcoation of hotel is great and easy to access major attractions and close to local restaurants.

"Raunchy Rooms, Right Price!"
From the moment at Check-In to getting into the Room... Everything was absolutely awful! Staff has an attitude and the room was fit for a Rat!
