I don't believe it is a four-star hotel.
When I think of a four-star restaurant, I think of a nice, clean and comfortable place. The staff was very friendly and helpful at Metropark but the facilities were sort of dingy. The rooms had old, stained carpets, the tv was from the 1980s, and I wouldnt want to take a bath in the tub. Renovation is needed!

Some facility like internet is
Some facility like internet is not free in the room and fee for a day use rather expensive , bed sheet do not change every day but clean, only free tea provide and no coffee. Nonsmoking room recommend, smoking room area had bad odor (not recommend). Location is not far from main road and easily accessible to Star World, Wynn, MGM.

The room is old including style
The room is old including style and furniture. Carpet looks (and should be) dirty. The room has cigarette smell. Bathroom is just good for shower though bathtub is available but too dirty to get in. Breakfast is Ok not outstanding.

They checked me in before the 3PM check-in time, and didn't give me any grief. The staff went out of their way to help me get around. One man even walked with me to the nearest bus stop a third of a mile away to show me where to catch the bus. On the down side, my room was often not straightened up until after 4PM, and I was not told that I would be charged for the water and soft drinks that were at the minibar until I checked out. Save those two, I will stay again at the MetroPark Motel.
