Great Value for Money

This hotel used to be called the Princess. It was recently redecorated and taken over by Doubletree by Hilton. This is our second stay there. The first time we were there 2 weeks. Location is good. Hotel amenities are very good. Friendly staff who remembered us from the first stay. Great breakfast bar. Best of all is the bed and feather pillows which lived up to the sleep comfort we like in a hotel. Rooms are a small but very functional and full of light. We recommend the hotel.

It was unfortunate that they could only get my room ready at about 4 pm. Apart from this hiccup, Doubletree is value for money at the current rates they are giving. Breakfast was wonderful. KLCC is walking distance away.

Check-in process/area could use

Check-in process/area could use a little more streamlining when busy. We had to stand around not knowing where to queue or who was next... Staff in all areas are excellent; very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay in the future.

This new hotel is very satisfied

This new hotel is very satisfied me. The receptionist staffs are very kind and give us a complementary breakfast. Great gym and clean swimming pool. I like the ELECTRIC bathroom curtain. Very clean room, great maintenance. The housekeeping are The location is very near to the Ampang Park LRT, which is good. Well, the price is quite expensive for the (next months, counted from today, December 24) , but I think the price is matched with the service given and spacious room. But overall, this hotel is very good and I will strongly recommend people to stay here.

Very impressive new hotel, staff

Very impressive new hotel, staff were extremely efficient in making our stay as easy and pleasurable as possible. Location a quick taxi ride into main area, not walking distance. We had to check out at 3 am to get to the airport, not so great however to be safe you need the time for a 7.25am flight out. They packed our breakfast for us to take away in a neat little bag which was wonderful.
