Super Duper friendly staff, great rooms

First time to Kuala Lumpur. Small people love big rooms, I guess. I mean this room was huge. Full kitchen. Living room and full separate bedroom. Very good value and such a super friendly and laid back staff. I felt a real polynesian vibe from the staff and hotel. Almost felt like I was back in Hawaii. Good location. 20 minute walk to Petronas towers. Close to many embassies. Great complimentary breakfast. It was one of the best I have had at an asian hotel. I will stay again if in KL.

Very short walk to many embassies. Good place if you are in KL to renew or apply for visas.

other than bathroom doors extreme water damages and never been repaired all else is excellent sadly the airport is 80 klms away over 1 hr to get to city but from hotel to two towers walking distance and 24/7 open 7eleven store across the road every room has microwave and full size fridge home away from home the rooms have 2 very very large bedrooms in each plus lounge room kitchen and dining area book you wontt be sorry promise

good to have seperate rooms, little

good to have seperate rooms, little far from KLCC but walkable if you dont mind a walk, dont google it as google maps gives you the wrong details. Would prefer the chrus or Impiana, its great location for super market right across the street.

I will come back to this hotel,

I will come back to this hotel, but the services provided are not good and the staff are not friendly! It is surprsie that they are charging more than 25% of the price of a room for internett access only!!! It gives very bad feeling!

Hotel has very large rooms The

Hotel has very large rooms The location is good. However the staff are not friendly, are not efficient and sometimes are not even reliable. For example I had booked a Limosin from Rita at reception for airport, two days prior to my departure. I reminded her again one night before departure. The driver was supposed to pick me up at 6:00 am. But until 6:30 am Rita was reiterateing that your limosin is on the way and/or he in the corner. She got angry at me when I took another taxi. One bad experience also I had this time goes back to hotelclub itself and not to the hotel. Last time (a month ago) I rented the same room for the same price with breakfast. This time I rented the same room for the same price not noticing and not being notified that the price does not include breakfast. I feel I was cheated and that is realy bad feeling after dealing more than 20 times (at least 80 nights) with hotelclub during the last few years. I hope some one reads and replies to this.

The good,the bad,and the really ugly

It was not a good trip comparing to my previous ones.next time will choose agood hotel with good service and welcoming staff
