1) Location is very good - next door to Bukit Bintang monorail station - short walk to shopping centres/food courts (5 mins to Lot 10; 10 mins to Pavillion) 2) Good value for money for this class of hotel (4 stars in my view, 5 stars per this site). 3) Rooms (superior) were a little smaller than I expected for this class of hotel (4 stars rather than this site's one of 5).

This was a great location for the shopping enthusiast. Surrounded by shopping malls. A big and very well presented haven with obliging and friendly staff. A comfortable and well equipped room. They had lost our booking when we arrived but organised another room for us, I think that enabled us to get a better deal because we were on the 17th floor.
