Very disappointed with quality
Very disappointed with quality of room, was going to take shine off holiday so I had to upgrade to a renovated room, which cost alot more money per night. The renovated room was great, but this review is about the room I booked which was not renovated. The room I was put in was not 5 star quality, only what I would expect of a 3 star. The room was disgusting, I didn't want to touch anything with dirty marks and cigarette burns on the carpet, curtains and furniture. Although, the bathroom was fine and the bed was good with clean linen.

A very good place to stop over.

Good location for everything.
Good location for everything. On a busy junction but it was no problem for us at all. 2 mins from monorail. Hotel has free shuttle service to Petronas towers closeby. The room faced the road but there was no undue traffic noise and we slept well. Nice clean well appointed hotel with very polite staff.

I was in park royal in March 2010
I was in park royal in March 2010 and I advice anyone to stay in this hotel. It is located in a very strategic area where you can find a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. It is a walking distance from shopping malls also the hotel has many restaurants inside it and the staff is very hospitable. I really enjoyed staying there even though I was on a business trip.

Excellent hotel we stayed in the
Excellent hotel we stayed in the Orchid Club and could not fault it .The staff were ever so friendly and could not do enough for us . Pricing is worth every penny we paid even the laundry came back like new .Next trip over we will book Orchid club again and recommend it to friends

Excellent receptionist (Alison)who made us feel very welcome. Room was clean and tidy although carpet could do with a shampoo or change completely. In general, good value for money. We would return to stay in future visits to KL.

Utterly enjoyed our stay here.
Utterly enjoyed our stay here. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We had a couple of problems with our room initially - air conditioner and leaking shower however these matters were attended to promptly. Location was very convenient, buffet breakfast supberb. Would certainly stay at the Parkroyal in KL again.

I haven't been to Parkroyal for
I haven't been to Parkroyal for a long time. Since then, it has been renovated and made for a fantastic experience. Everything was great, especially the service, a special mention to Mike C... that went the extra effort me. I will definately be returning in the future.
