Very nice stay
I checked into club level room and it was great. Room was very well put together with a tub and seperate shower. Had free access to lounge with breakfast and light dinner with drinks. Wifi in club is very good and also downstairs. Staff were overly helpful going out of there way to help you. Location is only 15 walk or so to towers and there is two different monorail/subway within 3 minutes walk. You can travel to different areas from either station, one of which will take you to KL central which has the 28 min express train to KLIA airport. I will stay here again for sure.

Great hotel at reasonable price
The hotel is clean and nice with very friendly staff. The location is a little bit far from buki bintang, where there are a lot of actions. However, the overall value is great.

Pleasant stay
A 3 day stay while touring the city. The staff were first rate and attentive. The concierge desk was especially helpful. The hotel is not in the center of KL, but taxis are always at the door and an elevated train station is only about 100 yards from the hotel.

River Pilot
One night in KL
Everything is 5 star about this hotel. Just the location is a little lonley with not a lot close to the hotel but it is on the Mono Rail line so great transit to the city sights from here. Location Location Location, be carful as my friend was staying at an other hotel in an other location of the city that had open sewers and the smell was horriable! Just be ready to use the transit that is great, and or a taxi if staying here.

Don't take the Cave tour bus! It was a trip to trinket shops in an industral area and just a drop off at the caves and you could take the mono rail there and walk.

Great weekend
I want to specifically mention the friendliness of the staff and the fast service they provide. Special mention of Mokhtar who service us as we were leaving the hotel to the airport. He was working in the lobby area and he got a cab for us. He spoke to us, requested for our feedback about our stay, took care of our luggage and requested that we give feedback on the hotel and about the staff. Never experience any hotel where the staff requested that we let them know how they are doing. Awesome.

Beautiful hotel - first class
I was very impressed by the beauty of the lobby. All personel very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel, central KL, was very convenient. Excellent room design. Clean and comfortable. Overall, very good value for money. I will return to the Sharaton Imperial KL on my next visit to Malaysia.
