The Best Hotel I have ever stayed at
A very lavish Hotel at an affordable rate. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to KL I had a deluxe room with a great view of the KL towers.

This hotel is beautifull, the room is big and the toilet is so fantastic, there is a monorail station at the front of the hotel. but the location is quite far from the city center.

Fantastic place to stay in KL.
Fantastic place to stay in KL. excellent service,facilities; our room had a fabulous view too. very well located near mono rail and metro stations. Great staff , classy restaurants , loved the Villa Danieli Italian restaurant the most.

REALLY WORTH IT!! The staff is 10/10 and very friendly & helpful. I can just ask about anything & about everything, they will gladly help u. The breakfast buffet is top notch!! I will be back for sure!!!

Staff were exceptional.
Room
Staff were exceptional. Room and facilities were good. Executive club room was very good for afternoon drinks and canapes. Each time we attended the pool the service was less then perfect - our used dishes from pool side dining were not collected on each occasion. So this was a bit yucky. Concierge service was not at the standard I am accustomed to. Make sure you make use of the free shuttle service. Spa seemed a bit pricey but the quality of the services was very good and so it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. I would rate this 9.5 out of 10! Room service food was amazing. The staff made this stay very enjoyable and I would reccommend this hotel to friends.

Please have sufficient number of front-desk staff for easy check-out or check-in during peak hour (ie. 12pm -2pm). I had a very bad experience in lining up and waiting for check-out as there was only 2 staffs doing the job. They were more than other 8 guests checking out/in at the same time.
