Lovely and convenient!
The ONLY negative about staying here is the constant nagging to hear their time share pitch. We really, really got tired of it.

Esquina (right across the street) is only a year old and it was fab. Also, Edith's ( a mainstay) is right around the corner.

The hotel was nice but our room wasn't as nice as I expected the location was great and the beach are was great the food wasn't so good, when you pay for a nice hotel they should at least give you a free cup of coffee!

Perfectly romantic
We were very pleased with the location of this resort! It was right in the middle of everything but quiet and quaint when we wanted that too. Very clean and beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful
Casa Dorada exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the room was gorgeous, the views were stunning, the pools were lovely and the margaritas were delicious. It was also very family-friendly. The location was ideal as well. Many restaurants were very close, the marina was right down the street and town was only a few blocks away.

Esquina bar across the street from the main entrance of the hotel was outstanding. The salads are excellent and the mushroom pizza with truffle oil was out of this world.

A Very Enjoyable week in Los Cabos!
We had a very enjoyable week at Casa Dorada. The location is perfect and the service is great. The rooms are beautiful but our first floor room had a sewage odor problem in the early evenings. If we come again I will request a room on an upper floor. The food is also a bit pricey ($32 or more for breakfast for two). But the activities and location of the Casa Dorada make up for the difficiencies.

Completely over the top in all areas.Period!
If there is ever a complaint written here about this resort somebody needs to re-examine their whole life's outlook in general . Sammy H will instruct the Cabo Guard Whales to find you.Believe me... THEY WILL FIND YOU.You will be escorted by the said Orcas to the nearest children's center and made to sit in the time out corner till you realize the error of your ways!

Beach and ski girl
NJ had a great time in CABO
This hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location. Quick walk to the marina and just out the door of the hotel there are two convenient stores and a pharmacy. Beds were super comfortable. Beach is really nice with plenty of chairs & umbrellas. You can actually swim in the ocean at this location.

You MUST go to Ediths for dinner....expensive but worth every cent!! Just one block from hotel...walk there to make a reservation. You can get an awesome, inexpensive meal at Sharkeys (dinner was better than breakfast)...the MAHI MAHI was awesome and try the complimentary charro beans!! For night time fun, a great outdoor bar with live entertainment is Cabo Blue. Also, you can't miss the Happy Ending Cantina!! Fun, fun!

NO Ocean View
orbitz advertises this hotel as an ocean view room. However, the first two nights we had the view of a back of the bar with people right outside our balcony. It was our honeymoon!!! We wanted and I thought I booked a room with a view of the ocean with privacy. The hotel staff did make efforts to make it up to me and my new husband, but I would have rather had the room that I paid for and paid for the massage they gave us.

Location, location
The best hotel in Cabo...perfect location..incredible service. I can't say enough about this hotel, the only downside was the timeshare folk.
