Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

My husband and I had a short but lovely stay. I enjoyed the yoga class and the privacy of the beaches. The spa experience was AMAZING, along with our oceanside massages. We enjoyed watching the dolphins anytime day or night and loved that there was also a freshwater pool to snorkel in. We loved the fact that this was smaller than other hotels we've stayed in and didn't feel overcrowded. We were never lacking for chairs near the pool or beach and although we had to wait a few minutes for a dinner table at the Oceana restaurant, our meal was served quickly and we were seated quickly at all other meals. The exterior appearacne of the hotel may leave something to be desired but the overall experience far outweighed any negative factors and we plan to return in the future.

As a (6) time visitor to Cancun , I decided to stray from a famous (3) lettter chain hotel , ( Starts with an "R" and ends with a "U". and try Dreams. LOCATION is very good , easy access to everything. BEACH - the best so far because there are very few rocks. FOOD - Outstanding because of (3) Ala Carte Restaurants. Steak - Seafood - Japanese.Also there is Very Fast , Very Good ROOM SERVICE available. The Buffet leaves a lot to be desired. POOL would be considered medicore at best. Bar Staff is fair , drinks were ALWAYS weak. Overall , I liked it due to the Beach , Food and Location. I would stay there again if I got ithe same ridiculous price I received on this trip (under $ 1,900.00 ) for two people 8 days - 7 nights.

Good hotel, had fun with family however, food was disappoiting compared to other resorts we stayed at, entertainment was good and nice staff...dolphins were really cool

This hotel was awesome, great staff, beautiful beaches and just overall amazing ambiance, the hotel is a little on the older side and the price for the dolphin attraction is way too, other than that, great stay!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff at Dreams resort went out of their way to ensure that this was a great vacation! The food and entertainment staff was awesome and the meals were better than average. We highly recommend the steak house and the mexican restaurant. For the cost, this is the best vacation we have ever had. There were lots of young families and they were all very well behaved. We really enjoyed everyone and everything.

I can't say enough good things about this resort. This is my 4th trip and I can't wait to get back.

Although an older hotel it is very well maintained, clean and staffed. I remarked often how well organized and well run the hotel and amenities were. The food was very good with a wide selection for everyone. I would recommend it very highly.

Upon arriving, I was very disappointed in the appearance of the resort. I have stayed at much more beautiful resorts. The lobby area was completely uninviting. The pool was horrible and the pool area was not attractive at all. That being said, all other aspects of the resort were good to excellent. The restaurants and menu variety were excellent. The beaches were awesome. The nightly entertainment, however, was just okay. The service was very good and the personnel were great. I think if the lobby was renovated and a new, bigger and beautiful pool was put in, the resort would be great. As it stands now, however, I would not go back.

The food was good, The staff is very friendly, specially gillermo/memo the waiter at the chinese restaurant if u guys go ask for him to be your server, and mr Minimi from the entertainment team, he makes it happen at the hotel. The rooms, are not what I expected, they need to be more confortable. But overall the experience was great

Pretty decent hotel. No complaints. Stayed at the deluxe dolphin view room and could watch the dolphin classes all day long. It was pretty expensive to swim with them so I just watched from my balcony..about $130 per person to swim for about an hour with them. Not much entertainment going on, not enough people showed up for the poker event so it was cancelled. Did most activities outside of resort with the concierge desk to schedule expeditions such as Xplor where you go ziplining and ride water rides. Bring a lot of cash if you plan on doing more adventurous and fun activities so your credit card wont charge you international fees. Theres a safe in the room to keep your valuables. The food was average, nothing special, same buffet every breakfast but I've had better buffet at other cancun resorts. This buffet only had basic eggs sausage and pancakes, I wish they had more of a selection. Overall the weather was nice in its 80s during december. This hotel is on the higher end of the price but I think I will check out other hotels next time.
