Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

There was a lot of activities for children. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and refreshing.

My husband and I went to Dreams as a second leg of our honeymoon. We had stayed in Dreams before for my girlfriend's destination wedding, and it was a great time had by all! The service was excellent, the food is delicious, and it was the same experience this time around. We had a room right by the dolphin area, and I have to say, it was great to watch. There is an Asian restaurant which is delicious, the Seaside grill is romantic, dining right on the beach. The Oceana restaurant is a seafood restaurant which also makes a mean steak! We would definately stay there again.

From the moment that you get out of the taxi you're greated with fantastic staff. They take care of you like you're royalty. We arrived at 11am and check in isn't until 2 or 3pm. So, we had a little time. They held our luggage till our room was ready. Now, at the front desk, they gave us a cold towel for our face and neck, cookies, and champagne. I've stayed at very expensive hotels in Hawaii and Aruba and the service here was 5 times better. The front desk lady was extremely friendly and told us that we could go enjoy any of the ammenities at the resort or grab some lunch until our room was ready. So, before we even checked in we we're dining and enjoying the resort. Each day had a lot of activities that we participated in. Volleyball, pool basketball, high flyin trampoline, rifle shooting, bingo, and a ton of other stuff. The best part of it is everything is included. Gratuity is included, but everyone is so great that we still wanted to tip them. The dolphin experience is awsome to watch. You do have to pay for it, but that's something you should have to pay for. They have theme's every night for dinner. One night was casino night, then Mexican night, and they put on shows and fed us, and fed us, and fed us... Anywhere you went you were given free food, or drinks, or entertainment. I just can't say enough great things about this place. If you can go here and not have the best vacation ever, then please tell me where is better because I want to go NOW!!! I want to thank the entire staff at dreams for such a wonderful time!!!!!

Dreams Cancun was architecturally beautiful, gardens taken care of impeccably, food excellent in all restaurants, staff extraordinarily helpful and friendly, unobtrusive. The hotel was clean and well kept all through the day. The grounds were gorgeous, beaches clean , towels everywhere, plenty lunge chairs, no lines for anything. Even though family resort, children were not loud, they were occupied elsewhere. Location absolutely perfect in the middle of everything via walking. Not one negative.

Love the Layout of Dreams Cancun Spa & Resort. The Restaurants were great and was the best all inclusive place we've been to for sometime. Better variety of food than usual. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful in every situation! It made a wonderful setting for our 20 family members that went along for our daughters wedding. Truly delightful! I would recommend it to anyone for a get-away wedding!

The Dreams Cancun was the best palce my wife and I ever stayed at in Cancun. This was our fourth visit to Cancun and the Dreams was very nice. The food was good and the 5 different places to eat as well as ordering room service at anytime day and night was also a big plus. On the first night after a long day out shopping we were greeted with a lovely bed turn down service with cold drinks by our beds, and soft music to go to sleep with. Bathrooms were big, and staff was great. Every night they had something to do or some kind of event that was fabulous. They brought in rock and roll bands, jazz bands, they had Mexican festival night, a huge Monday night footbal party by the pool and all the entertainment one might enjoy. Cold drinks in the frige were replaced every day and the ocean view was second to none.

Dreams Cancun was the best hotel I ever stayed at. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was bright and clean. The food was good, with lots of choices. My boyfriend and I are already planning are trip back for next year. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had such an amazing time on this trip...I can't wait to go back. Our room was almost perfect. The only problem we had was our tv didn't work but they brought us a new one right away. We had the view of the dolphins which was great. The entire staff was very helpful and nice. If you tip the waiters and bartenders and they will keep your drinks coming. And if you stick with one drink they will pretty much have one waiting for you before you even get settled. The Entertainment Team proved activites for you to do throughout the day and then would have something going on at night. Activites during the day consisted of yoga, rifle shooting, kayak tours, water aerobics, spanish lessons, beach and water volleyball, water basketball, soccer, bungee trampoline, bingo, baseball, and salsa lessons just to name a few. At night, they had a juggler, ventraliqust (spelling??), karokee, casino night, and carribean night. The spa was great. We waited to the day before we left to get our massage. There are 2 beaches here. The one on the south side had some seaweed floating around. But the beach on the north side was great. The water was clear. The resort is within walking distance to pretty much everything yet off on its own little road to be away from everything at the same time. It was very nice. You didn't even feel like you were in downtown Cancun until you went out the front and walked a bit. I will without a doubt stay at this resort again.

Our vacation was an attempt to get some much needed rest and relaxation along with having some fun. Dreams was great for both. We were able to rest and relax at the beach and have fun with the many activities they had available. The accomadations were beautiful and so was the beach. The staff was always very willing to help. Room service was wonderful, and so were the drinks. The all inclusive route was really the best route we could have taken for a trip like this. It was nice to not have to work so hard to get something to eat or drink. It was all right there. The spa was also wonderful. Great amenities and gorgeous surroundings.

We were very surprised at the attention to detail at this resort. We had stayed all-inclusive many times prior to this trip. There were no resevations at the restaurants, no buffets (except World Cafe, and it was fabulous buffet), no towel card, no arm bands, and 24 hour room service as well as a fully stocked mini-bar. They even had a pillow menu. We absolutely LOVED it!!!! We will be going back next year, sooner if possible. This is an awesome place to stay. The food was phenominal, as well as the beaches and the bartenders. Can't say enough. We felt like Kings and Queens. It is a five minute walk to all the great night life. We highly recomend Dreams.
