get entertainment at hotel along with wonderful food selection. There is always activities to do at the hotel even for young and old travelers alike. GREAT JOB!!!! Would go there again anytime.Room is beautiful

Dreams Cancun was a marvelous place to stay. Beautiful beaches, very comfortable rooms and very friendly and attentive staff. Restaurant and bar hours were very accomodating. Restaurants were open until 11 p.m., the bars even later. And room service was available 24 hours a day. There were lots of activities scheduled during the day but we didn't participate in any of those so I can't speak of them. They kept the free mini-bar stocked on a daily basis. My only suggestion is, if you're a light sleeper you should stay in the tower. The birds in the 6 floor pyramid building are quite noisy early in the morning. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in so we were upgraded. You don't have to wear silly bracelets here, either. And late check-outs were accomodated by storing our luggage and letting us continue to have full use of all their facilities until time to leave.

I recently attended my best friend's wedding at the Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa All Inclusive, in Cancun, Mexico and it was beautiful. From the champagne and cookies when we checked in to the endless drinks we received by waiters at the pool and beach all week long, the service was endless. The pool was nice and the beach was even better. You have to try the trampoline in the ocean and the free kayaks near the beach! And the hotel is very near the cool clubs on the strip like Daddy Rock, and Coco Bongo. If you're looking for a breath-taking beach wedding, this is your place. The ceremony took place underneath a beautiful white canopy situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The pictures came out lovely. I definately recommend this hotel!

Dreams is a great place to stay at! Staff is so friendly and there to help with all your needs. Food is GREAT! The only bad thing is the pool is way to small. Very crowded with adults and kids.

Best vacation ever. From check-in to check-out, this resort was perfect. We were offered drinks as we were checking in! Had a margarita in hand as we were escorted to our room. Nice touch. Friendly & attentive staff, numerous on-site recreational opportunities, & excellent dining options. The hotel was family friendly and perfectly situated on the Punta Cancun surrounded by the Carribbean on 3 sides. Shopping & nightlife are within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean, & had an incredible view of the ocean. Will definitely return.

We have stayed at all-inclusives before before but have found the staff at those resorts to be indifferent as far as service, hospitality and friendliness. The staff at the Dreams resort in Cancun was very helpful and courteous upon our arrival and continued througout our vacation until the day we left. I will be staying at the Dreams in the future.

THe location was absolutely perfect, near shopping, night clubs, nice beach, great view, and our room overlooked the dolphins. All of the staff here went above and beyond to be polite, courteous, helpful, and made our stay wonderful. The waiters would have our next drink on the table before we could ask. The entertainment staff were enjoyed and had many fun activities planned that we could partake (bike tour, kayak tour, water volleyaball, snorkeling, bungee trampoline, beach volleyball, salsa lessons, karoke night, night entertainment, the list goes on). The food was very good, but probably more American than I was expecting. They did have a Fiesta night to sample some traditional Mexican cuisine but we did not normally have traditional mexican offered. Not only is there the typical buffet offered at the World Cafe but there are three other restaraunts that are included, with our favorite being the Seaside Grill. We can't wait to go back and take the kids next time.

We had a very nice week AT Dreams Cancun. The hotel is located at the end of the hotel zone and has both ocean and bay exposures. Our room was clean and had a great view overlooking the dolphin lagoon and bay. The food was very good but selection was somewhat limited. Service was excellent at the restraunts, bars and especially on the beach. Plenty of activities throughout the day if you want to participate. No pressure if you just want to hang out on the beach. The weather was great although a little windy.

Two of us females in our 30s picked this hotel because it seemed more of a family friendly place, rather than a place for singles. The staff, food, location, and drinks were great. We loved that you don't need reservations for the restaurants and don't need to wear a bracelet to show you are a guest, unlike most AIs. Our only two complaints were 1) in the courtyard in front of our building, noisy birds woke us up at 630 in the morning (I finally put my earplugs in the 3rd night)- there must be something the hotel can do about this to deter the birds from this area so their guests can sleep! and 2) the fitness room equipment was sparse (1 tredmill, 1 bike, and 1 eliptical) and outdated.
