Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

The Dreams Resort was excellent. The staff there paid so close attention the every little detail. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone. The Dolphin pool is something you do not get to experience in everyday life and it is a must.

The people there where very friendly and seem to really like to work there. Anything we needed or wanted we got. If anything broke in the room it was fixed in a decent time. The drinks were great and the food was awesome the different places to choose from was a good idea this way you can pick different meals. Hotel was in walking distance from downtown stores about a block away. Rooms were always clean. The only thing I didn?t like was I couldn?t turn town the ac only on or off. We stayed in the older part or the hotel. And had a problem with the hot water a few times but that was miner stuff the rest was awesome. The food and drinks alone where just awesome.

The Dreams Hotel was a very nice property. Our Ocean View room was a perfect location. We were able to see the ocean, lagoon and pool. We were also able to listen to the bands and/or entertainment at night. It would have been a little more convenient to have stairs on both sides of the hotel to exit directly down to the beach area. The room was very comfortable, although I would have liked to have more drawer space for both my husband and me. The hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful and catered to our every need. The Bars and Restaurants were located in very convenient locations and only 1 day during our 7 day stay did we have to wait for our party of 6 to be seated. The food at every dining facility was wonderful and offered an array of foods for everyone. I took advantage of the gym facility which was the only down point of property. There was not enough exercise equipment to accomodate everyone who was working out in the gym and some of the equipment was not in good working order. Perhaps an aerobics or more active exercise class would have been good rather than just yoga. The general location of the property was close enough to walk to shopping and other local sites which made it very convenient. We were satisfied with the accomodations and had a pleasant stay.

Dreams was a very nice hotel with lots to do. The view from our room was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and eager to serve. The room was wonderful the only complaint was that our AC didn't get the room as cold as we like but still good. The room service menu could use more options. But all-in-all a very beautiful place to stay. Not overly crowded and plenty of room for privacy. Also the location was very close to shopping and nightclubs.

Great Service, good food, and drink brands. Great place to kick back.

The Dreams hotel was very nice and family oriented. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The location is great the hotel is surrounded by water. The views are beautiful and the hotel beach is like a private beach. The are 2 restaurants located by the beach and 2 more restaurants. The food was excellent. The hotel also offers night entertaitnment.The rooms are large and we had a front view of the ocean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Cancun.

The no reservation policy for restaurants at this resort is wonderful and the food was good on both trips. All the staff are very freindly and most speak fluent English. The beds are a little on the hard side but not to the point of causing loss of sleep. The entertainment was good. Overall both trips warrant a return.

The Dreams Cancun Resort was absolutely fabulous! When we first pulled up in our shutle we were at first not impressed with the exterior of the entrance, but once in side you see the amazing location of this hotel. Its like being in a private compound in paradise! The room and the view was amazing and confortable. We stayed in the tower and from the 14th floor the view was great! The service in the hotel is wonderful, we never needed anything, everything was at our fingertips. We didn't use the pools but they looked beautiful. The beaches were spectacular. The spa also was awesome! The only thing we were only moderately dissapointed with was the food sometimes. The seaside grill was great but had a small menu and after a few days we were eating the same thing. The oceana rest. we didn't really like. and the Japanese was fair. Although all the restaurants are incredibly beautiful and water front!! The breakfast buffet was great, but the buffet for lunch was just ok and we never tried it for dinner. We are not really buffet people! Only other negative was the gym was very simple and the equipement was old and cheap no industry style. All in all I would go back there anytime and we will. The hotel overall was wonderful and close to alot in town to walk to.

This was my second time to visit this hotel in Cancun and I always feel like Im royalty when I go there. Its the most incredible experience. The rooms are spacious and cool. They have a business room where you have access to a computer at no charge for a short time.
