fun in the sun
Dream was an excellent place to stay. There was 30+ people staying there from the wedding we were all attending. We had a great time and no complaints. The service was great and the people were very friendly. We had a blast at the pool and the beach. The Himistu the sushi place was delicious!

all the night life and shopping was great. But be careful when you go out, you can easily spend a lot of money without realizing it.

A Dream for Real
When I decided to book an all-inclusive vacation to reward myself for surviving the first 9 years of single motherhood, I chose the Dreams Resort in Cancun because it sounded like it was the most kids-friendly resort. It turned out to be not only very child-friendly, but also a Dream for every adult. When we got there, the lady behind the counter explained that we got upgraded to an ocean-view room. The room design was very simple and very beautiful. We were visiting in August, so with the heat, the marble floors in the room was a welcome cool-down. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room had all the amenities imaginable, including the room bar that magically refilled every day. The four restaurants were excellent, with the exception of the lunch menu at the Ocean Grill (it had too many fried choices and not enough grilled ones - dinner is a different story; my 9-year-old son loved it, though). The kids club was nice, the activities that were scheduled were very child-appropriate and the employees were friendly and engaged. Also, the kids club hours were very generous: 9:30 am until 10 pm! All employees were very friendly, the beaches were beautiful, the pool was clean, the dolphins were charming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone trying to have a relaxing, wonderful vacation.

Amazing!
Clean and comfortable! Offered us a free upgrade for being on our honeymoon. Would definitely order the Mango Tango, Cancun Bay (pernounced Bye)and would order room service Steak Arrachera (amazing!) Definitely go to Himitsu and Sea Side Grille (Excellent Sushi at Himitsu and Ribs and Sea side). Beach was calm and peaceful (the beach by Seaside, was our favorite, look for Alberto great service!)

Get your shopping done in Cozumel, saves you money. If in cancun go to the mall cheaper than flea market for T shirts.

Gerat stay at Dreams-Cancun
My wife and I stayed at Dreams from 08/09/07- 08/15/07 and had a great time. The hotel is excellent. The staff was very accomadating and tended to our every need in a timely manner. The only complaint I may have had was that the air conditioning was not very strong and the room was very humid all the time. We stayed in a Club Jr. Jacuzzi suite and the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Perfect place to relax
My wife and I visited Dreams for our 1 year wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it! The staff was phenomenal and very attentive to our needs (24 hour room service is great!). There was plenty to do both on the resort and off, but also plenty of opportunity to relax. Our room overlooked the lagoon where the dolphins swim and we would definitely request that room again. We did have an issue with our a/c not working very well, but that was our only complaint. The food at the restaurants is wonderful and we never ventured off the resort to eat. We enjoyed some of the nightly entertainment (casino night, mexican fiesta, etc.) and met a lot of great people. While the resort is all-inclusive, we did feel the need to tip the staff and did so because they provided such great service. We will definitely stay with Dreams again, both in Cancun and hopefully some of their other locations!

Exceptional Service
All the employees of Dreams Hotel were exceptional. They were always friendly and gave the best service with a smile. Everyone always seemed happy to take care of your needs and treat you like you deserve when you are on vacation. Extremely happy with the service of Dreams and highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a great vacation.

Good Value
Extremely satisfied. Family relaxing vacation with our 2 young adult kids. Excellent food. Corona on tap and Stoli Martinis, tough to beat. Turn down service with chocolates at night, and the Cancun edition of the Miami Herald in the mornings were a welcome elegant touch. Breakfast espressos and cappuccinos went well with the made to order omlettes. Excellent, 5' wide running/walking pink sidewalk immediately outside hotel with distance markers every 1/2 K. Very safe. Over the years have done about 15 all inclusives, this is 2nd only to Beaches T & C, which is the only AI we have done twice!

awesome staff and food
The DREAMS Resort was just fabulous! We went for a destination wedding. The wedding party had a great time. The staff was extra helpful and willing to serve you. They tried their very best to give you what you wanted and to make it special. The food was great - having so many choices/restaurants to choose from was the best! The view is amazing and to die for. All in all, a truly wonderful vacation! We have no complaints!
