Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

Excellent location to area shopping, clubs, restaurants, excusions... Will definitely go back next year

My husband and I have been to Cancun several time. This time we decided to go for a wedding. I loved the food, the service and the beach itself. It is very well located. You are right at the point of Cancun that you get the best of both tides. The staff was what I was the most impressed with. The entertainment team made sure we were having a good time since it rained all weekend. We didn't need to leave the hotel for anything. We had it all..all inclusive! But if I needed to leave, I was right in the center of everything. Shopping, Dining, and Nightlife!

Great buffet and a choice of excellent restaurants on the property. Staff was extraordinarily accommodating. Always smiling and saying good morning. Because of its size, it's easy to get to know other guests because you frequently run into them. A very relaxing, luxurious and comfortable hotel. My favorite was to see which special service was featured at the spa every morning. Sometimes it was a facial, other times a massage or a wrap, always at a promotional price. I'll be back!

this hotel was very nice. it was right on the point of the hotel zone with 2 beautiful, white sandy beaches. all 4 restaurants (all inclusive) were excellent. we were on our 10 year anniversary trip, so we did not bring our kids...but would like to bring them back to this hotel. they were very kid friendly. the room was very nice with nice furniture, a mini bar, and an amazing view from the balcony. the room had a safe in the closet, so we didn't have to worry about our valuables. the only complaint was the frequent intoxication of a lot of other vacationers on the resort, due to free drinks. there was vomit smells in a couple of places due to the alcohol. the hotel services (concierge, maid service, and entertainment staff) were fantastic. we had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat if opportunity would arise!

We found Dreams Resort Cancun to be very relaxed and comfortable. We stayed in a Dolphin View room, with king bed and nice balcony. The view of the dolphin pool and ocean were fabulous. The rooms were fully equipped with stocked fridge, oversize walk-in shower and canopy style bed. Even though we arrived early (10am), one of our two rooms was available, so we had a place to change and hit the beach. Dreams is on the point where Cancun is shaped like a number seven, so we could go to the beach facing north or east. Beaches were well attended for refreshments and we always had lots of towels. The resort had multiple restaurants and a snack bar. Food was okay, but not great. However, we never had to wait, and service was always great.

Outstanding vacation hotel. Rooms are nice and clean on the oceanside. Beautiful ocean front. Highly recommended. Only disatisfaction is that the fitness room is in serious need of an upgrade.

Very nice hotel. Beaches not crowded. Great views. Good access to the near by shopping and bus line if you want to go into downtown. Near by bars if you want to party but far away enough if you don't. Lots of activities on the property if you want to just hang out. Snorkling was our favorite on property. Mayan ruins off property...very cool must do. Hotel staff was great Rooms were alway clean Food was pretty good. The property also has security patrolling during the day and night, so I would feel safe leaving my kid on property alone.

Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa is wonderful. We just can't say enough about this resort. This was our second trip to Dreams and it was even better than last year. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and both beaches are clean and usable. You can swim, play, & snorkel at the beach. Plus, you can now swim with the dolphins which was so much fun. All of the restaurants have great food including seafood (love the grouper & sushi), steaks, salads, & desert. The staff at Dreams are wonderful. The location is perfect--very close to shopping facilities and hot party spots. We will visit Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa every year. We love it!!!

After traveling from Boston at 5 in the morning, it was nice to be greeted by a friendly staff. While waiting for check-in, we were offered cold towels dipped in herbs, champagne, and even chocolate chip cookies! Since we had arrived 3 hours before we could check into our room, we were encouraged to try ot one of their restaurants for lunch. We chose the Oceana and loved the food as well as the view of the lovely beach. We had upgraded to the ocean/lagoon view and it was well worth the money. We could see the dolphins playing in the lagoon from our balcony. The room itself was beautifully done - al lwhite and turquoise. There were robes and slippers laid out on the bed. The bathroom was tastefully done- with bath oils, lotion, incense. Even the tollet paper had a gold bow on it! That night we tried room service and found the staff eager to please. The next morning weo wake up to the sound of whistling dolphins. The ggournds were well maintained, and very clean. There's even a llighthouse on the premises, along with some Mayan ruins. There are also iguanas - we named one of them George. t waa our first trip to Cancun, but it won't be the last - and we will certainly return to the Dreams Resort. Higly reommmend.

the staff was very pleasant, the rooms were nice and clean. the best thing was the all inclusive offer, the food was good, nothing like being in the ocean and coming back to the beach chair with a cold pina colada waiting and not worrying about a bill.
