Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

We began this vacation with no expectations. Location and scenery was absolutely fantastic!! Food at each restaurant was far above average. Wait staff was so friendly and accomodating. Our room was serviced two times a day, everyday. How nice it was to come back from the beach in the early evening to find everything restocked and clean. Flyers are left each evening giving details of next day activities. We turned off our air conditioning each night so we could hear the sounds of the ocean. NOTE: If you do this, the marble floors are like an ice rink due to condensation!! Keep towels handy!! Spa was also a great accomodation. Staff is welcoming and treatments were very relaxing and theraputic. We used the gym each day as well. Not very big, but has cardio and weights available. The only recommendation we could give would be to add a few more hot tubs throughout the resort. We were there in late september which was hurricane season (although weather was fine) the resort was not at full capacity which allowed us access to hot tub most evenings, but I am sure that at full capacity this may pose a problem. We spent a week at a much smaller resort in Aruba that had several tubs available. It is so nice to passs some time in the evening with a drink while relaxing in hot tub with a moonlite view. We also were not sure what the benefit of the lagoon was. Watching visitors swim with the dolphins was fun, but half of the lagoon is not used for that purpose and did not seem clean enough to swim. Definitely use the ocean or pool for this activity!! As mentioned above, staff is more than accomodating. Although I am sure they will provide the same great service, I advice tipping. This will go along way in making your trip more enjoyable. We tipped each staff that provided our service and spent about $15 per day. Well worth that small amount of money. We are planning our next trip and will return with no hesitation.

This resort was wonderful! The employees did everything possible to make your stay great, the rooms was beautiful and you had a great view from where ever you were. Every night they had something different for the guests to enjoy such as eating on the beach while watching a performance, karoke when it rained, they had a rock band one night. Every night they also took the guests who wanted to go out to the clubs, all you had to do was pay the cover charge to them and they took care of everything including getting your drinks while you were there and getting you a taxi. This place was amazing and we are already planning our trip for next year!

This vacation was wonderful! The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful. The food was excellent as well as the staff. The rooms were so comfortable and clean the service was great. We highly recomend upgrading to the ocen view room, the view was breathtaking. We cant wait to come back. Next time we will bring the kids, there seemed to be alot of children having a great time with the activities that were set up.

This hotel was great. Great location,great amenities,great food it was just a great time. will tell all my friends and family to stay there. The name of the hotel best suites it DREAMS.

I have traveled around the world and found that this hotel to be one of the very best for the value. My wife, at the last moment of checking in, asked if we could have a sea side room and the hotle person went out of her way to upgrade us at no additional charge to a much nicer location that what we would have had.

This was my second stay at Dreams and everything was fantastic.First class hotel for a great price.

This was our third trip to Mexico and Dreams Cancun was the best hotel we stayed in. The location was excellent, beaches were beautiful, many activities for the children, and the staff was so accommodating. We highly recommend this resort. There was something for everyone! The nightly entertainment in the lounge was a great meeting place.

This is the 4th time i visited Cancun.. and Dreams was the best place i have ever stayed. Dreams had a great staff and there was tons of things to do without having to leave the hotel. Food was awesome 4 different restaurants in the hotel with beautiful views. Rooms were cozy and had a beautiful view of the ocean.All in all it is Great place to stay and enjoy cancun!

The Dreams was a wonderful property to stay at. The service was superior, and amenities were great. I would recommend the hotel to others!
