Service, above all, was flawless. From the front door greeting to the pool concierges to the restaurant waitstaff, you are pampered at every turn. The food was excellent, and unlike many all inclusives where the service is lacking so it's hard for you to get fed, they made sure you were waited on all day. Food and drinks are high quality, even mixed drinks higher shelf included in the all inclusive! This resort felt like Hawaii, but not a world away and about 1/3 of the price. We went without kids, but would be great for kids also. We will return and bring the whole family.

exceptional resort but with a high tagprice
This resort is just perfect. The rooms are large and extremely clean, the pool is great, the beach is just outside of the hotel and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The restaurants on the hotel are very good! you need to make reservation in advance to make sure you get in. Especially on busy times. The kids club is great. My kids never wanted to leave and the stuff there was very warm and loving. All this luxury comes with a price. Definitely not the cheapest hotel in the area, but if you can afford it, it is worth the money.

Awesome Fishing
Very relaxing and friendly place
My wife and I had an excellent vacation at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was excellent; the service around the pool was far better than other all-inclusives we had stayed at before. We have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The World with Kids
Great Family Trip
Room was huge. Staff was outstanding, particularly with respect to activities at the pool and beach. Food was also much better than expected. We weren't sure about going "all inclusive" but it was absolutely terrific.
