Marival Residences and World Spa - All Inclusive

What an excellent all inclusive resort! My family and I made memories for a lifetime here. The service we received was beyond expectation. All the employees were wonderful, and very eager to please. The restaurants had great food as well.

All of the staff was amazingly friendly and accomodating. Anything you asked for the gladly would get for you. The food was amazing!!! We ate at all of the restaurants and also did room service and everything was delicious. The drinks were good at all location and we enjoyed the top shelf choice, which aren't at most all inclusive resorts. The room was perfect. We loved having two bathrooms, the washing machine was an added bonus, and it was very spacious. We stayed in the patio-poolside room, and we were very pleased with the infinity pool, which was a quiet retreat from the main pool. We used the bikes to ride back and forth from the beach and it took only about 5-8 mins. The friendly staff and great service was the best part!!! We would definitely come back!

Fourth time in PV in five years, the Marival Residences was our favorite resort to date. Previous stays at Casa Velas (2) and the Samba (1). Only looked at other places due to the Casa Velas 30% price increase since our last stay. The room, (624) was a penthouse 1 bedroom 2 bathroom with balcony, terrace and private rooftop pool and great ocean view. PERFECT As many over reviews mention ask for foam mattress topper for bed. The Service, incredible, only concern was there was so many workers it was hard to keep track of them on a one by one basis, where as a place like Casa Velas is smaller so its easier to greet them by name over the week. Food, top notch, and I don't miss many meals so trust me:) Room service was always available, 10% tip fee included on all orders We dined at 5 of the 12 total possible venues between both resorts ( Omagaiios, Patio area around pool, Insu sky bar, Lemongrass patio, Beach Club at sister property Breakfast - Five Options (Not counting sister property) Lunch - Three Options (Not counting sister property) Dinner - Three Options (Not counting sister property) My favorites: Omagio's for breakfast - huge menu had some different everyday. Be sure and try the French Toast and the Eggs Benedict with crab cake instead of the English muffin Lemongrass Pool Patio for lunch - Chicken Nachos and Salmon Burger and Shrimp Cocktail Insu Tapas Menu for Dinner - Tons of options and great service all around, but sit at the bar with Juan for best service. We liked the Scallops and Plantain dish. Beach Club for lunch - The drink and food service at the Beach Club was impressive. 2 guys covering drink and food orders for like 50 chairs and you always felt like you were the only guest. Drinks were perfect, food above average but not as good as the Lemongrass food. Spa - We didn't use the spa services but I did go to the Gym a few times and they had great equipment and the gym area was very nice and clean. Beach Access - Simply walk to the back gate, call the front desk at ext 8411 and have them open the gate, and a motorize gate opens up and your a 5 minute walk to the public beach access.Once on the beach you can hang a left and walk 10 minutes to the beach club at sister property. On the way be SURE and stop at Patty's Spa (fold up sign is all you will see on the beach at some condo complex, walk up the steps and the place is on the right hand side on top of a patio area up a ramp, Bec and I had massages for an hour each for a total of $55 bucks. Well worth the money. I'll admin we were very skeptical but they were great. Last we had a great surprise from Carlos the Chief Concierge and team to help celebrate my wife's birthday and the anniversary of our first date. unreasonable request time, if Marival Residence good somehow clone the casa velas beach club as their own , we would never stay anywhere else again:) It was a perfect trip, perfect stay with wonderful service and food, I would highly highly recommend this resort

Although there were a few minor glitches, this is the best all-inclusive in PV. Rooms were spacious and clean and the food was great. The only difficulties were because this resort was so busy at Christmas, it was challenging for the staff. We will only stay here in the future when we go to PV.

Great interior design, awesome food, and fantastic staff!!!! Only bad thing I can think of is the location where there's no direct beach access but the pools make up for it.

The staff was great. The food was memorable. The drinks weren't too strong, but they were free, so you can get as many as you want to make up for that. Definitely will be back. No doubt about it.

I like the hotel a lot but the staff are not as friendly as hotels I've stayed at previously. I think they are working too hard and therefore get cranky with the customers.

Top notch service, absolutely gorgeous and very large residences, wonderful food, beautiful property, lovely VIP beach section with fabulous chairside service. Would highly recommend and plan to return in the future. Book it!

This property, although not located directly on the beach, is a nice change from the large mega-all-inclusives with their noisy activities and crowds. The VIP Beach Club at the sister Marival Resort was a 2 minute shuttle ride away (or a 10 minute walk) and a wonderful way to spend the day at the beach, but at the end of the day, the Marival Residences was a wonderful and quiet oasis to return to. Top notch food and service. No noisy poolside games/music/ or activities, no groups of people who are drunk during their entire stay. You can use any of the facilities at the sister resort, including their restaurants as well. One thing to note, is that the wireless internet service is NOT included. There is a charge, and it is per day and per device connected to it. We had issues with the passwords expiring prematurely and had to call the front desk several times to get new passwords. Also, while room service is "included," they do charge a 10% service fee (10% of the listed menu prices) for room service. I'm sure it is to prevent abuse and waste. We used the room service for coffee/rolls daily in the morning and for some evening snacks a few times, and only racked up about $22 U.S. in service charges. Highly recommended this resort.

Everything at this hotel is perfect, From check-in to checkout. The rooms, food and location was wonderful. I have not one complaint about the Marival residence.
