Okay Location, Excellent Rooms
The hotel itself is very comfortable and it offers a 5 euro shuttle to the airport which is great. However, the location is a good ways out of the city center, and though our room was guaranteed to be ready at 3, we waited until 4:30, and then only one of two rooms was available. This was less than ideal.

Great room, staff friendly and helpful. Not much in the way of choice regarding food, we had room service and it was quite limited. It's 15 mins on the tram but conveniently located. We did get the most amazing price (£11.27 for a room for 3 !! ) and the next night was listed at over £100. I was anticipating a problem with the price when we checked it but, no, that is exactly what I paid :D

Great value with a wonderful view of an evening
Good facilities. Loved cocktails in the Sky Bar whcih could be a classy night club. Tram is just round the corner and only takes approx 15 minutes to Central Station. Could be out of the way if your going to Amsterdam for the night life though.

The evening canal trip was a must with the escorted walk around the Red Light District, the canals are lit up and each house is uniqe. If you stay in the Ramada hotel make sure you know the number and location of the return tram as nobody else seemed to.

Worst bluff ever
Booked a smoking room, got a non smoking room. Booked including breakfast, got no breakfast. Was charged 350 Euro in deposit even though I had prepaid the whole stay. Stay away!!!
