Friendly and helpful staff, great views of the city, large comfortable bed, very handy for Skybus and City link buses. A brilliant end to our month in New Zealand.

Ok as a one night stopover but not a gold location for city centre as at top of steep hill hard work for the more mature person and nothing to do in hotel after 9 lncest

Would not recommend Fri 9 Oct 2015
Sharing a twin room with a girlfriend, the rooms were very small but apart from that they were clean comfortable and in a short walk to city sights, parking was $25 extra

Convenient for Single Travellors

Would recommend Tue 19 May 2015
The location of this hotel is great for walking down hill to the city center, or up hill for some of the offbeat shops, bars, and ethnic restaurants on K-Road. Rooms are efficient and small, but clean and quiet. Be sure to enjoy Myers Park just a few steps from the lobby.

Once in a life time trip to Auckland

Would recommend Tue 15 Jul 2014
The hotel is perfectly located for Auckland attractions including EDEN Park. (Short Cab ride). However, there is only parking for 6 cars at extra cost if you are lucky enough to get one. Street parking is by meter and you will have to mover your car every couple of hours or pay more in parking garage. Room was extremely small, as was bath room.

Cute Little Spot!

Would recommend Wed 25 Jun 2014
The staff's friendliness and hospitality was simply amazing. Very patient and informative. As a first time solo and out-of-the-country traveler and was nervous that I will be lost the moment I stepped onto New Zealand soil to the moment I stepped off. However, that was not the case! From the Airport to the Hotel, everyone was really nice. I spent 4 hours getting from the Airport to the Hotel. By the time I arrived at the hotel, the staff/front desk was as helpful and informative greeted me with a smile and held their tone in a calmly matter informed me that they were did not have any rooms available to check in. Normally, I would blow a casket, but the way they informed me was very sweet and kind. So I patiently waited an extra 4 hours in the lobby. I made small talk with the bartender and asked him about transport, Waiheke Island, tour stuff to do and he was very informative. If he didn't know the answer, he asked someone for me and inform me of it. My whole experience there was great, but I have to point out the dining area could use a little fixer-upper. These elegantly described dishes was served what seems to be a run down dining area. Everything in the lobby and the hotel room is modernly decorated except for the dining area. As I ordered my meal (garlic prawns), the poor bartender didn't really know how to seat me. I walked around the corner and sat myself, utensils was given to me without napkin; it was given to me after I received my meal. The dinner itself was nicely presented however, on what seems to be on a plain dish. When paying for a $22 dish with medium size prawns, much more needs to be offered: service, presentation, environment, preparation, etc. Not even water was offered. I would not dine there again. Parking was disappointingly unavailable. There are only 4 parking spots for the entirety of the 8 floor hotel. Thank goodness, there parking areas that is cheaper (Wilson Parking). The internet wasn't exactly my cup of tea that's for sure. 500mb data for $5. I use 500mb of data in 5 minutes! No bueno. Otherwise, the hotel is very cute and the rooms are comfortable. I would book this place again =)

Time saver

If you love Korean food, you're in luck: right across the street there are about 5 Korean restaurants (Chinese and Japanese as well) available to choose from. Lots of brochures that offers entertainment and what to do while in Auckland. Customer service and hospitality is top notch!
