Short Trip to Auckland
Great Hotel, very convinient location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Specially Ms. Lindsey, Ms. Chloe, Manager Shujit and Shef Ankit are very efficient staff and humble, I will be coming again and again for these people. I love the Crowne Plaza, Auckland.

Great location, bit pricey!
Located very near shopping district. A bit pricey of a hotel, everything inside was for sell, even though the room already set you back $200 a night. Nice staff and overall very nice, clean hotel.

Convenient location
Conveniently located to the Sky Tower, many quality restaurants, and harbor helped us make the most of our one night in Auckland. Also found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel
Nice facilities. Location right by Skytower is good, though I would have preferred to be closer to the waterfront. The parking garage was $NZ28, and our parking ticket "failed" on exit. We had to wait for an attendant to come to us with traffic behind us. The garage/mall closes at midnight, so if you arrive after 12-midnite you have to go to front desk to have them let you in.

vacation for a few days after a cruise and before going home
The hotel is great. Staff very friendly. I found everything very good. The location is excellent. You can easily walk to the harbor in 15 minutes and up and down the main streets of the city. To our surprize and great pleasure, the hotel has an underground mall right down the escalator from the lobby. Very nice restarant and bar! I woulld reccommend this to anyone.

awesome location but..
this hotel was really great considering it had resteraunt, bar, and shops INSIDE the hotel leading down to a mini shopping mall. it always was really awesome location, right next to sky tower, very close to harbour, practically everything was walkable. the only thing was, it had ridiculously expensive fees, like 30 dollars for internet in the room, and only 10 channels on the tv, and to rent from there "movie selection" it was 15$. who pays that for a movie? other then that it was good.

There is a resteraunt called "Little Italy" that is very closeby and has very delicious authentic Italian food, and has a small quaint relaxing enviroment.
