We had a wonderful stay at your place in Auckland, and we will certainly visit you again in the futur. The customer service is excellent as well as the food in your restaurant. We recommand this hotel with pleasure. This is a very clean hotel and the bed are so comfortable...!!! A very good emplacement if you want to walk. This is close to many things interesting to do in Auckland city. So we had lovely vacation at this place. Regards....! Helene and Denis

J'ai passé un excellent séjours
J'ai passé un excellent séjours au Rydges Hotel qui a été rénové récemment, la déco est très design... il se situe tout près du casino. la chambre est confortable, propre et bien équipés (clim, coffre fort, télé, mini bar...). cependant certaine chambre ne sont pas encore rénové, la décoration est un peu vieillote sinon elle possède tout le confort et équipements des chambres rénovés (si vous n'aimez pas n'hésitez pas à changer de chambre.) la connexion internet dans l'hôtel avec son ordinateur portable est gratuite (mais payante si vous n'en possédez pas). Les réceptionnistes sont super sympa, il y a un qui parle un peu français, et le barman est français (avis au amateur!!) Seul petit bémol que je pourrai faire c'est qu'il ne possède pas de "balance" pour peser les bagages (en espérant qu'il y en ai une pour bientôt)

Ausser Sauberkeit ist alles sehr gut. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird nur das noetigste geputzt. Kissenbezug muffig und ein anderes mit einem Loch. Kacheln im Bad nicht geputzt, teils schadhaft, Pilzkolonie auf dem Silikon. Fenster vor Monaten geputzt. Prima Matratze. Prima Service.
