Very comfortable room, not up
Very comfortable room, not up to date 'delux' as listed but great value at xxxxxx rates. TV antiquated. I enjoyed the gym and pool on the roof. Great on site entertainment opportunities. Parking underground is huge- lost my car for a while. Remember your individual park number as well as area!!!

The only complaint I have is that
The only complaint I have is that the two rooms I had booked for the night were on different floors. They did try to get us onto one floor at time of checkin but couldn't as the hotel was fully book.

Nice central location though it was a little unclear where exactly the main entrance was due to the size of the complex. Bit strict about the checkin time of 3pm ... as we arrived at 1 pm and had to come back later.

Was given a suite - absolutely
Was given a suite - absolutely wonderful so much room and a separate shower. Didn't receive the promised chocolates and wine, but when I asked at checkout it was delivered promptly and with apologies. Will be back in 2 weeks.
