This Hotel was the best, for price,helpful staff, right in the city only built in 2006 so very new. Would class it as good as a Hilton. Would stay here again.

Very modern, unusually trendy
Very modern, unusually trendy decor in rooms. The front desk staff could have had a bit more info on getting around and transfers. All in all a very well priced, very clean hotel in a good location, once you work out the bus times etc.

big city value plus
Nice, small kitchen with mini oven, stove, fridge, teakettle, and even washer/dryer. Great views from high floors. Close to University and main shopping street. If you don't mind hills (think San Francisco with more, shorter, and steeper hills) this hotel is walking distance to lots of things to do. Soft good quality sheets and towels, but shower only--no bathtub. Bedroom and separate living space both small but satisfactory. Free wireless internet. Could not have asked for better hotel for the price. [...] price significantly lower than the hotel's offered convention group rate.

Would definitely return. Small rooms, but well fitted out; great view from the higher numbered rooms on upper floors, great little bar/cafe and a short walk to the cafes of Vulcan Lane, Chancery etc. Room had DVD player, extremely comfortable bed, washing machine and dishwasher.

booked two studio apartments,
booked two studio apartments, units close to town and easy acess to and from the motorway to everything, value for money, we only wanted a bed to crash at night so we were more than happy, would stay again. Staff friendly and helpful.
