Great location, cheap price & nice!
We were on vacation and used this hotel as a base for several day excursions. Great location, very friendly staff and super clean! The in room kitchen and laundry came in very handy several times!

They lost one of my earrings when
They lost one of my earrings when my room was serviced, the shower door was off its hinges, the DVD remote had flat batteries, the washing machine ran too hot and ruined some of my clothes. No apology. My first stay there was much better than the second. Would think twice about going back now, though it is conveniently situated.

We had a mixed experience at the
We had a mixed experience at the Quadrant - some employees were extremely friendly and helpful, however there were others that were not. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however were disappointed when one of the barmen poured us two shots seemingly 'on the house' and later charged them to our room when we had not requested the drinks. When we complained we were told there was nothing we could do since we consumed the shots - however in my mind this is ridiculous since we never asked for them and were led to believe they were free. We were also denied the use of a frying pan despite the fact we had cook top, and had to request three times to be given another wine glass (we were only provided with one). Other than that a very nice, clean and convenient hotel.

Great location -close to downtown
Great location -close to downtown but quiet and nice outlook. Opposite University and short walk to Domain, Museum and Art gallery. Downside, rooms very small and shortage of seating in living area- 2 seater in 2 bedroom apartment. Staff very helpful. My daughter arrived very early from LA and was given allowed to check-in to the room.

Would surely stay again. The service
Would surely stay again. The service was friendly, but we had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready. We were provided with free drinks at the bar, although they did forget to bring our bags up to our room. The facilities, such as the bar are very small and there isn't a great deal of staff in these areas for service. But the rooms were clean, the kitchenette was used every day and the view of the harbor was spectacular at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and was in a good location - close enough to the CBD to walk but far enough away to escape to noise. A great price and well worth it.
