Loved the entire experience! Room
Loved the entire experience! Room was great had amazing views! reception staff were accomodating and helpful! housekeeping staff were friendly and professional...I definitely use this hotel again in the future and will recommend to others Cheers

Everything are good, room, location,
Everything are good, room, location, service. Only one thing let me down is the bathroom is very dark, especially in the shower. Stay for 3 nights and no one fill up the coffee, only have 4 coffee in the kitchen. Just two little things let me down but will stay there again. Hope they change the lighting in the bathroom.

We were generally very pleased
We were generally very pleased with the Quadrant. However, the room was not yet available when we arrived at 10 AM and we were told they could not guarantee availability before 3 PM. Quadrant is located in a pretty part of town near Auckland Uni and has many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Taxis are abundant. We were surprised that there was no maid service as the bed was not made nor did we receive fresh towels the second night despite putting the sign on the door that asked that the room be serviced. The front desk staff were courteous and readily supplied information and maps. we would stay there again.

Room good and quiet and breakfast
Room good and quiet and breakfast was very good but these were annoying: * Flickering bedside light * Sticky patch on carpet * Shower head covered in soap * Cannot use phone from bed due to short cable

Young seniors
Small with great view
New Zealand is the most beautiful country I have seen, but i would choose another hotel if we return, due to the size of the room, we could not pass one another inside the room, could not close the bathroom door, and if you want american coffee, bring or buy your own pot.

Short walk from hotel
Internet is very expensive- $20 for almost one day, $5.00 for one hour, weekly $40.00 rate OK , and hope you don't mind feeling like you might fall off 18 stories if you request A Smoking room, could only smoke on the very small balcony in 40 degree weather, wind & rain in your face.
