A notre arrivé à l'hotel, je dois avouer qu'il nous a paru bien fade. Quel contraste avec l'intérieur! Chaleureux, charmant, surprenant, avec un personel d'une grande amabilité. Petit moins, la distance avec la mer ou il y a les restaurants et bars d'Auckland.

La salle de bain est toute toute
La salle de bain est toute toute petite. Lors de la réservation j'avais souhaité une chambre avec 2 lits 1 place ce qui n'a pas été possible à mon arrivée. De plus des prestations sot à compter en plus tel qu' internet très cher 40 dollars pour environ 1 h de wii fi dans la chambre!! La salle de sport, spa et hammam sont très petits, on peu être au grand maximum 3.

처음 저렴한 가격으로 호텔을 예약하여 가벼운 마음으로 체크 인을 하러 갔지만, 시스템 오류에 의해 저의 예약 사항이 체크가 안되었습니다. 대략 20-30분 정도의 직원분께서 여러가지 노력을 하셔서 해결이 되었지만 죄송하다며 bar쿠폰을 주셨습니다. 저는 그게 미니바인줄 알고 미니방에 있는 와인 한병을 마셨는데..호텔 내에 있는 바 쿠폰이라더군요..나중에 와인까지 청구된 요금으로 정산하고 나왔습니다. 체크인후 룸에 들어가니 깔끔한 인테리어등으로 기분좋게 짐을 푸는데 싱크대에 버터등을 사용한듯한 나이프가 놓여 있더라고요, 청소를 안하신건지..체크인 다음날.. 청소하시는분이 기분이 먼가 나쁘셨는(?)지 제 신발이 제 옷가지 위로 던져있더군요.참..기분이 나빴습니다. 전반적인 첫인상이 좋았지만 묵으면서 느끼는 불쾌감이..더 컸던것 같네요.

Pas de bonjour à l'accueil. L'accueil est froid tout comme les locaux dans lesquels il n'y a aucune documentation à l'intention des touristes. Les cartes d'accès aux chambres ne permettent d'accéder qu'à l'étage de la chambre réservée. Impossible par conséquent de rendre visite à des amis qui sont à un autre étage. En revanche, la décoration des appartements est moderne et soignée.
