Great hotel and view
Had the bay view room and the view was breath taking. Room was clean and just perfect. Staff was the nicest ever.

Worth staying there again...
The hotel was pretty clean and very comfortable. It was in a good location N the staff were great. The food was good N plenty of entertainment close by. One of the staff by the name Carlos was very helpful in answering and obtaining any kind of info and service I needed during my stay there. I would defiantly stay there again and would reccomanded it to others. The price was also fair too.

Good value for the money
Hotel is very clean and cozy; staff is very professional and friendly especially Harvey from Makan Makan Restaurant. Only downside is that having the park so close keeps the ground floor crowded almost all the time.

Lovely Hotel Great Views
Checking at lunch time the staff were great, very attentive and too happy to help. I stayed in a bay view room which had spectacular views of the bay. The location is good close to the main road running from the airport up the coast and even at 530pm only 25 mins from Greenbelt/Makati. The food was good and the breakfast delicious with a good selection of Filipino and Western choices. Would highly recommend this hotel to business, tourist and family travelers.

Disappointed again
Im a repeat guest to this hotel. Second time in a row of two check ins- I was told that there were only single bedsand was offered upgrades for a queen bed - but needed to pay the premium. I found another hotel that I think is now my preference over this one,

Clean, Modern Hotel. HATE the glass partitions for the bathroom though.
HATE HATE HATE the glass partitions for the bathroom! Sure you can't see what's going on, but you can HEAR what's going on!!! I hated waking up to the flush noise!! Nice room with the bay view. Comfortable nice beds. Yummy Filipino restaurant right downstairs. Nice outdoor bar. You do have to walk 5 mins to the main street, but I like to walk.

sleeping with the fish
We had a great time in our room with a full wall of live fish swimming just great!! Near everthing nice staff but would not let us do late check out not sure why but other than that no real complaints.

Hotel H2O best place to stay!
I have stayed at several hotels in Manila and it doesn't get much better than this. The room was very comfortable and very clean. I have never met a better staff than I did at this hotel. I stayed in the Aquariam room with a double bed. The bed was great and watching the fish was fun. A phone call got me what ever I needed fast. This Hotel is as good as any 5 star hotel. It is also next to Ocean Park. I will always use this Hotel when I am in Manila.

Great hotel
