Outstanding service
The service was very good. The personnel was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The hotel has old fashioned inside. It is away from the big traffic, but within a short walk to the main square.The room was somewhat small, but adequate. Internet service was free. We would return there anytime.

Very good
The hotel was very central and great value for money. It is very old however and in need of a makeover but with a large bedroom, wifi and breakfast every morning I have no complaints.

Hotel perfetto. Di grande tradizione, centralissimo, servizi ottimi e prezzi ultracompetitivi. Il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo nel centro centralissimo di Cracovia!

とても分かりやすい場所にあり、内装がとても豪華なホテルでした
とても分かりやすい場所にあり、内装がとても豪華なホテルでした。 受付の女性も窮屈なスケジュールで旅をしていたことに助言してくれたりと親切で、またホテルマンも笑顔で色々と対応してくれました。 （ちなみに当方は男です）

Ottimo hotel, lo consiglio vivamante
Ottimo hotel, lo consiglio vivamante per un bellissimo ed elegante soggiorno a Cracovia (Polonia).In pieno centro, bellissime camere, colazione ottima ed abbondante e personale molto cordiale gentile e professionale.Un bellissimo hotel del gruppo Orbis Accord hotel.
