The Hotel Mercure Torun Centrum is situated in the city center, close to the old town and the birthplace of Nicolaus Copernicus. The hotel has 5 apartments and 105 comfortable rooms for one or two people. The rooms have a fast internet connection, telephone, radio, minibar and satellite TV (charges apply). The hotel also has 5 fully-equipped modern conference rooms and the Solaris restaurant which serves Polish and European dishes.

Plain, crampt modern comfort.

The Mercure is a typical 2 star modern hotel within immediate walking distance of Torun's stunning Old Town. Rooms are small, but have A/C, cable TV, but beware of "double" beds, which are cramped against the wall. We requested switch to twin beds. There are several atmospheric hotels nearby which would be a wiser choice, but the Mercure isn't too bad.

Their wonderful historic Old Town, loaded with sights, restaurants, shops, is just across the street.
