Enjoyable break
Booked into this hotel as my mother and her partner had been staying there for a 3 month winter break and we thought we would surprise them by turning up for their last few days! The hotel was well situated for a self catering break with shops available right on the doorstep, there are also many restaurants and cafes to eat out if you wish. On the downside, the location meant we also heard a lot of traffic noise from our room and we were situated above the karaoke bar which went on till late. Neither of these things bothered us, in fact the karaoke was fun to listen to, but others might want to take this into account if its not for them. Overall we had an enjoyable break.

Jacques restaurant at their sister hotel well worth a visit, food great, staff very attentive, had a very nice meal.

First Class. Although we know this hotel very well, spending a bout 4 months of the year there, it is always a pleasure to return. Mentioned in passing it was our wedding anniversary while there and within 2 minutes of getting into our room, a chilled bottle of champagne was delivered, a lovely gesture! That is why we return to this hotel.

we had a one bedroom apt,very big and spacious,very clean,well equipped kitchen and really relaxing.pool area very good and bars and restaurants very nice. only about 7mins walk to the strip and about 10mins to the beech.overall we really enjoyed the stay and will return in the future

Excellent family holiday
Stayed at this hotel with family in 2 studios and a 1 bed in June 2012. The rooms were all of a very good standard and spacious. The location of hotel excellent and had car parking for our hired car. There are enough bars, restaurants in the immediate area and you are within walking distance to the strip and about 30 mins walking from old town. The facilities in the hotel were good, only downside the pool bar stated it open until 6.30 pm but every night it closed between 5.00 pm-5.30 pm even when there were lots of people sitting at tables and around pool. And one female staff member was very rude to people. On the last day of our holiday the staff started lifting peoples towels off sunbeds even though there were empty beds and people had only gone into restaurant for breakfast. They also started to stop the kids playing with inflatables in the pool enough though the pool was not busy and they had been allowed to play with them at the start of the week. However, did not spoil the holiday and we really loved our stay in Oura Praia and the area and will definitely be booking again.
