Not really happy
I was told I could add garage parking of 14 euros to my bill when I checked in. The next morning at check out I was informed I could NOT. Not having any euros, as we were leaving country in a few hours, I asked if they could exchange US dollars to euros, and they could NOT and sent me to a ATM across the street. This ATM was NOT IN SERVICE, eventually after a heated discussion at the front desk, they charged my credit card the 14 euros and I was able to get my rental car and get to the airport, now 45 minutes later than planned. When using the shower, the drain under the adjacent sink backed up flowing water all over the bathroom floor, had to stop shower before hair rinsed. Hair dryer had NO heat and minimal blowing power. No free internet, 5 euros per hour was the charge. Just not United States Holiday Inn standards.

Clean, friendly and pleasant
I would recommend this hotel but tell people that it was somewhat out of the way for people looking for night time activities. Very good hotel for the money.

Great value, great staff
We had an overnight layover in Lisbon. The location and price were fantastic. We had a 2 double bed room. The room was a larger corner room. The bathroom was small. Overall, it was good for an overnight. Not sure if I would recommend for long stay with a family of 4. It would be just fine for a quality budget hotel for 2 adults who want to sightsee for a few days. The restaurant food was good quality. The service in the restaurant and hotel was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would stay there again.

Lisbon
Not the best location, but it was close to transportation. Internet service is expensive and although some of the staff was helpful, others were not. It was definately a good value and I would stay there again

Nice hotel but location is only good if you want to be near the airport (which we did.) Otherwise it's miles from anything.

Good overall experience
Good service and a very nice, comfy room. Prices for breakfast (13.50€ per person) are too expensive. The hotel is located in walking distance from the next Metro station (Saldanha). Would recommend the hotel.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
There is a nice cafe in the shopping center across the street. You can buy a coffee for 0,50€ and they offer tasty pastries for breakfast.
