Couldn't fault this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Service exellent. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Bar area was a little too small for the size of hotel but once again service was exellent. Prices of drinks in the bar were what would be expected of a hotel of this quality but were not overpriced. Pricing of food in the restaurant was also on a par with what you would pay in a good restaurant outside. Location is very good with all bus services and Metro within easy walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed with my partner and another couple. The hotel was very nice, well located a 15 minute walk from the central sites, and with everything you'd expect from a 4 star.

Excellent hotel right on the main artery (Avenue Liberdad) in Lisbon. No problem with noise as they have very good double windows. Only slight problem was that although the room was a non smoking room, someone had smoked in it. We had a fabulous room with a view over the trees of Av Liberdad right to the water and also with the castle. Breakfast was excellent. Easy to get to with the airport bus, which stops nearby. Staff went out of their way to help.

We were there for 3 nights to sightsee all the beautiful rich in history tourist spots of Lisbon. We took the open top bus tour where one can hop on and hop off and we liked that the pick up point or start of the bus tour was just few blocks away on foot from hotel. We were busy seeing things during the day and were so happy to come back to a clean,comfortable quiet room at night. We liked the fact that we could walk to restaurants and bus stops,metro stops and some of the attractions of Lisbon all very close to hotel. I would stay there again.

I rate this hotel very highly. The rooms were furnished to a high standard and were maintained in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Buffet breakfast (included) offered a wide selection including hot eggs and bacon and was enough to set up the day. Evening meal in the restaurant was to high standard. The hotel is 50 metres from a metro station and we could get anywhere in the city in 10 or 15 minutes. At the price we paid, this hotel is just huge value for money, and we would definitely return.

Das Hotel liegt günstig an einer Metrostation, von wo man schnell seine Ziele in Lissabon erreichen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und Service. Die Küche ist zu empfehlen. Die Gerichte sind von sehr guter Qualität.

Das Personal war äusserst freundlich, Informativ und Hilfsbereit. Die nähere Umgebung ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Stadtrundfahrt, auf welche das Hotel Rabatt gibt, ist empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind Sauber und Leise. Das Frühstück ist ordentlich, das Essen im Hotel Restaurant ist sehr Lecker und der Preis ist Fair. Alles in allem : Sehr Positiv!
