Perfect if you don't want to sleep in the airport
If you are looking for a quick and easy place to overnight inbetween flights, this worked really well for me. I booked my flight out of Bali (Bali to Singapore) late in the day on Saturday and my flight back to the US (Singapore --> Tokyo --> San Francisco) early on Sunday morning. I arrived in Singapore at 10 pm Saturday night, hopped in a cab, and $17 SG and 15 minutes later, I was at the Changi Village Hotel. They checked me in efficiently and set up my 4 am wake up call and 4:30 am taxi back to the airport quickly and with no fuss. The room was reasonably clean, not very posh but for the price, it beat the heck out of sleeping in the airport. SUPER BONUS: There are some street food stalls just outside the hotel (to the right). I ate at something called the 89.7 Supper Club. Service wasn't the best but the food was AMAZING. Best prawn curry I have EVER had (and I am picky about prawn curry!).

Small hotel close to Changi Airport
I stay here mainly because i need to catch an early morning flight and the hotel is very close to the Changi airport and it provides complimentary airport shuttle at every hour interval. There are many local food outlets nearby to the hotel at short walking distances which is very convenient. The gym is very spacious and nice.

good hotel, poor location
solid hotel. liked staff and every other things. but if your here to travel, this hotel is too far from city. it takes 15 min to closest MRT station by cab, and it cost around 10 dollar. after that, it takes about 30 min to city side like city hall from closest MRT station.

Off the beaten path
The hotel was clean and quiet on weekdays, a bit loud in the halls on the weekend. Quite far from the city. Last bus or train is at about 11:30 PM. The maid service seemed to forget to check or replace coffee and soap. The roof top pool was nice and refreshing. The staff was very polite and helpful. If you are looking for quiet, this is your place; night clubbing, stay in the city! There is also a 24 hour small grocery store in the lobby! Easter weekend lunch in the hotel was $42 a person. Go to the food court down the street. Ferry terminal to an island park is across the street. $2.50 a person, April 2012.

Very convenient for transit use at the Singapore Changi airport
This hotel is relatively convenient to the Singaport Changi airport and therefore convenient for those in transit use. There is a hotel shuttle every hour (don't show up late or you could miss out on a seat) although I couldn't find where to find it at the airport). The rooms are basic but nice and the restaurant is pleasant and the food good. I didn't get to try the bar but it looked nice as well. This is also a good value, especially given the alternatives. I recommend it if you need a hotel close to the airport.

Less than 24 hour stay
This was a quick stop for me as I was flying out the next morning. The hotel lobby area as well as the room has a modern feel. Be warned, the bathroom has a glass separating part of the shower and the actual bedroom. Good thing there was a shade to pull down over the glass or it would've been awkward with my cousin in the room! You have to pay for the internet (about $14) and the cost is for ONE device (which was disappointing). Overall, I thought this was place was definitely worth the value.

I wanted to stay at this hotel on my last night because of the proximity to the airport. Although this place was close to the airport distance wise, it still took about 15 minutes to get there because of how the roads are. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport that runs every hour. Also, there are a few restaurants on site as well as quite a few food places/bars a short walk away. I would not recommend going to the Wine cafe located on site.

This is the best place for an over night when you have a very early flight out of the Singapore Airport. There a small outdoor restaurants next door, a small 7-11 in the hotel and and nice Japanese Sushi restaurant in the hotel. There is a courtesy van that runs every half hour to & from the airport starting at 5 am.
