hotel staff and employees were helpful and accomodating, breakfast meal was included in hotel price, room service for evening meals-food was delicious, bed comfortable with clean white sheets; room was dusty with air con exhaust leak

We booked the hotel because of the reasonable price in Singapore,a vey expensive city. We got what we paid for. It could be much better if it wanted to, but it seems that management is not watching.For example we had one of the best room in the hotel on the 16th floor ,just renoveted a few months ago,modern in good taste,new furnitures,bathroom etc... very nice. BUT: there is already mold in the bathroom around the tiles and the tub because it is not cleaned properly.management should be on top of this. Also, the windows are bolted shut so the air is stale in the room,unpleasant. Too bad it could be a nice hotel

The room had a bad smell and the air conditional did not get the room cold. They was suppose to repair it but we saw no change.

room is always duty. expensive wifi. only ask the room face the main road, otherwise, you will get no signal at all. basically, the hotel is no management at all. if you lost something in that hotel, do not even think about to get it found. MUST check your bill while you check out, especially, your phone bill.

we stay in this for 6 nights, not one day the floor is clean, under the chair, desk,is always full of dust. do not ask for the room face the back, you will have no wifi at all. only 1F has the full signal. only request the room face the main road. but when I finally get to change the room, I left my facile cleansing in the room, but the person who cleaned my room, did not bring the cleansing to the front desk, (even though they should know that I still stay in the hotel). careful with your bill. someone make the local calls from my room. therefore, while I check out, they show on my bill.

Hotel was nice and is located an easy 5 minute walk from the Novena MRT station. There are some restaurants and a small food court right here if you need something at night. The only downside was the air con in one of the 3 rooms was a little inefficient. Otherwise, it was fine.

The hotel is very well located, the breakfast buffet was very good. Good value.

The hotel is looking a little tired and in need of refurbishment, whilst there was no major fault, the elevators worked, plumbing was okay, television was fine it just had an old feel about everything. Previous correspondents have commented on the reception, it was fine with booking in and out and attention to queries prompt and efficient, the breakfast buffet was good with a wide choice although the restaurant in the same room in the evening offered a limited quantity of below average food with very little western food, so visiting families with children take note. There is a good size outdoor pool which is a plus, although in the 4 days we were there, and the kids used the pool, I never saw it cleaned
