American traveling alone
Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. As a woman, traveling alone, I was glad for the friendly, English-speaking staff to help me arrange a DMZ trip and answer any questions about navigation in the city. A travel agent on-site helped arrange a short flight to Jeju Island. The room was clean and very comfortable, with small amenities. Swam in the pool every day. I took advantage of the free shuttle to Seoul Tower, and travel from Incheon airport was very easy via a city bus, which drops off at several hotels in Seoul. It is a short and convenient walk to the metro station. The on-site restaurants are overpriced, as with any hotel, but mostly ate elsewhere. Would highly recommend.

Short walking distance to authentic inexpensive good Korean restaurants. Unless you enjoy paying for high priced hotel restaurants.

Very nice Hotel
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was less than a block away from a subway station. The gym and swimming pool is very nice.

A Quick Trip
The hotel was absolutely perfect for my purpose of travel. Hoping to study for an important, I spent a majority of my time inside the room. Therefore I believe I have a good understanding of how nice the room actually was. I did not go stir crazy!

The whole experience with the Hotel Club and stay at the Grand Ambassabor was great. Highly recommended. This was for business... not so sure about for Holiday!

Easily Impressed Twentysomething
Top line for the average traveler
Excellent room quality and amenities. Breakfast "Kings" is nice but too expensive for its value. The staff are very helpful. In one weekend I was able to book two tours of Seoul and the DMZ (one each).

Stay there on my recent family
Stay there on my recent family trip, a good hotel to recommended. Very nice and clean hotel. Staff speak good English and very friendly, and there is no communication problem at all. 5-7 mins walk to Subway Station. Around the hotel got convenient stores and also quite a lot nice eateries all by walking distance. From Airport you can take KAL (Korean Aiport Limousine) direct to the hotel, just purchase the ticket at the airport, and from the hotel to the airport, you can arrange it with concierge, purchase the ticket. Daily every 1/2 hour they got KAL depart to airport, really convenient. They provide shuttle bus to Dong Dae Moon, Itaewon, Myeong Dong, Nang Dea Moon too. I will definetely go back to this hotel again if i visit Korea in future.
