Excellent hotel, very nice and
Excellent hotel, very nice and polite staff, everybody speaking good English. The rooms are clean and really comfortable. A shuttle bus service is offere free to downtown. Can be highly recommended to anybody visiting Seoul.

Great location and quality for the price
All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I only spoke English and I could always find someone who could help me or explain things to me. The hotel is in a great location, really near the Dongguk University station. I pretty much used the subway while I was there. From that station, I was able to get around fairly easily to all the parts of Seoul. The KAL bus stops here from the airport. I took that to get to and from the airport. The hotel also has it's own shuttlebus that takes you to a couple of key locations in the city. Also there is a city tour bus that stops at the Sofitel. So there are definitely plenty of options in terms of transportation. At night when I got in a taxi, the taxi drivers all knew where the hotel was, even if they couldn't speak English. For the price, I think I got a pretty good deal.

The service was amazing at the Grand Ambassador Seoul ( AKA SOFITEL AMBASSADOR SEOUL). All staff spoke english at the hotel and were very nice and helpful. The location is fantastic. Many places to eat within walking distance. The only thing I would not recommend is the massage in the hotel. We went to take a look at the shop before booking and glad we did. The "spa" on the lowest level seems to be run by a third party and looks terrible. Other then that, I would give this hotel a good strong 4 star rating. Great value at 100 USD a night as well.

Hassle Free
Everything about my stay was hassle free. Check in, room service, and the use of the hotel amenities was all really convenient. There are not a lot of places to eat around the hotel but the subway was only a few minutes walk away and there are many food choices at the hotel. The hotel has a great location and is very close to markets and tourist attractions. A shuttle to the airport runs every 1/2 and was great!

唯一美中不足的是大廳及房間少了五星級的氣派及寬敞，但是除此之外，無論是服務態度、清潔等各方面，都非常的好。飯店在半山坡，到最近的地點鐵需走下坡、從地鐵站回飯店需走上坡，但也還好坡度不會很陡。其中一邊比較陡的，甚至可利用東國大學所設置的電梯。是間值得推薦的飯店。但是如果是家庭帶著小孩子住這間飯店，恐怕空間感會沒那麼舒適。

スタッフの対応は非常に良いし、日本語話せるスタッフが多いので、女性の一人でも、安心、安全と受け止めました。深夜到着でしたが、なんら問題が無く良かったです。問題はタクシーが知らなくて、他のアンバサダーホテルに行ってしまうことです。韓国には多くの、アンバサダー名のホテルがあり、住所をきちんとタクシー運転手に伝えることです。他の５星のホテルより、日本語が話し出来るスタッフが沢山いるのが印象に残り、１４階のビジネスセンターの受付は特に良いですよ。安いし価格に見合うと思う。

4-star hotel, even it is near to a new metro station, the metro station is not at the main route of metro. So, it is required to change the route several times in order to go to the popular shopping area.

シャトルバスがミョンドンミリオレ前→イビス前→仁寺洞近く、と
シャトルバスがミョンドンミリオレ前→イビス前→仁寺洞近く、とストップしてホテルに戻るのが１Ｈ毎にあり便利です ホテル裏の出口をでて右手にはコンビニがあり、コンビニそこから先へ教会を背にして進んでいくと食事処もたくさんあります メトロの「東大入口」周辺にも食べる所はあるのでホテルレストランは利用していませんが、１Ｆにベーカリーもあるし、部屋にはエスプレッソマシンもあり便利です エスプレッソマシンは1日1個までコーヒー無料、2個目から2000Ｗかかるだけなので安いです インチョン利用の方ならシャト バスが泊まるホテルなのでさらに便利だと思います（私は金浦利用だったので残念ながらシャトルバスはありませんでした） とにかくすばらしいコストパフォーマンスだと思います

การเดินทางเข้าตัวเมืองมีความสะดวกมาก เนื่องจากมีรถบริการรับส่งทุกชั่วโมง ส่วนการบริการเมื่อต้องการขอเช็คเอ๊าท์เลทอีกหนึ่งชั่วโมง เพราะไฟล์ทเดินทางกลับเวลาสามทุ่มพนักงานยังไม่ได้ถามถึงหมายเลขห้องพักเลย แต่ได้ปฏิเสธโดยทันที ว่าไม่ได้ เพราะคาดหมายว่าจะมีการจองห้องพักร้อยเปอร์เซ็นต์
