IP Boutique Hotel Itaewon Seoul

Location in Itaewon and at a close distance from most important landmarks in Seoul, the hotel provides good value. It is clean, modern and priced reasonably given standard. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a central location in Seoul without spending too much money.

Extremely friendly front office makes up for the deficits here -- dark hallway, fanciful design, crazy burning plastic smell by the elevator. Reasonable value and certainly the staff are 5 star.

The Hotel was Old outdated. The view sucked, because they gave me a hotel with no views, I got Twin beds and the Hotel staff stated that I didn't have a choice since it was not booked through their website. The room felt small and not so clean. Bath towels smelled like cigarette.... The breakfast Buffett with limited choices were way over priced. Will not recommend for anyone.

Was really impressed with the hotel deco - the lobby & the room layout! 2 thumbs up! But poor lighting from the lift to our room - 5th level. Staffs are super friendly and good knowledge of the area, Itaewon. I left our drawing picture in the room, came back few days later but the staff can't give some reasons why they can't find it. They should make more effort to convince us that they will try to find it. The wireless network in the room was very poor since it's free service.

Many things I like here: Location in Itaewon is tourist friendly in terms of availability of English speakers. It is very easy to get anywhere else on the subway. Subway is extremely well organized and easy to use with English signs everywhere. Room is comfortable. There are mirrors everywhere which might turn some people off. The shower is also visible from the room. Bed is comfortable. Did not notice any street noise. It is close to the nightlife of Itaewon but not in it. Many restaurants around. Gay scene is also in this neighborhood. There is even late night street food. Food is delicious in Korea in general. Free wi-fi worked well. There is an airport bus which drops you right across from the hotel.

stay here, it was fun ... could use even more stuff to do...interesting stuff since it is such an interesting place like an arcade or something!

Hotel Staffs were not professional in their services. Rooms were over priced and to get a room with absolute no views except for the tall building in the front was useless. Hotel seemed old and out dated. Breakfast buffet with limited choices were over priced just like the room. Highly recommend to shop around for better deals.

Smallish room, but very clean. The staff at the front desk spoke great English and were very helpful finding good restaurants, etc. in the area. The Incheon Airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and the subway is only a short walk away. Tons of great bars and Korean and International restaurants right outside the front door. You can comfortably and safely walk everywhere.

The hotel was conveniently located to most attractions; although I would have chosen to stay in Myeongdong if I went again because it's closer to all the shopping. The room was really big for Asian standards. Free internet and English speaking front desk made my stay more comfortable. Overall, I would recommend if you're looking for good bang for your bucks.
