Very rude front desk people. Spanish is my first language; I pity the customers that speak English and have to interact with the people at the front desk. They were rude. There is something that applies to this hotel and all the others in this category: the air conditioning in the room stops working at 10 p. The rest of the time, you have to have one of the room front door keys place in a switch at the entrance of the room, or the air conditioning will not work. In some hotels, like the Four Posts, they will give you only one key, which means that you go to town and the room will not have the ac working, you will come back from town and the room will be boiling, and then you will have the air working for only a while before it goes to sleep and there is no more air till the next day in the room. Spain is following behind in offering good accommodations to tourists, prices are becoming very expensive for what they are offering to the middle class American. This is not looking good at all to me. This 3 week trip has being an eye opener for me; the attraction to Spain was in a big part the low or moderate prices. Will think twice before planning another trip to Spain, and will think twice about using Orbitz ever again. This prepaid method for the hotels has not made me happy, and I will not repeat the mistake ever again.
