Pullman Barcelona Skipper

The Pullman Hotel is very well situated. It is very modern and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly. We went on a long weekend to Barcelona and a fantastic time. The hop on hop off Bus is about 2 min away and the heart of Barcelona is within walking distance (about 20 min).

Upon arrival we were greeted by a courteous staff that strived to make our stay comfortable. On two nights we asked for dinner recommendations and were suggested two great restaurants. The breakfast was an experience worth waking up to every day. I would definitely return to stay there.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and enjoyed excellent customer by its staff.

We had a greta time at the hotel, the staff were very helpful indeed and the entire site kept to a high standard. You will definitely enjoy your stay, just be careful at night when walking back to the hotel as there are some not so welcoming pickpockets and 'working ladies' close by...

The front desk staff were a bad combination of slow, inefficient, and unprofessional. They did not have the room type I booked available for either early check-in or at the time they said to return to check-in. There were 6 staff at the front desk, but only 2 seemed to be helping customers. Service should be the crown jewel of a 5-star hotel, so it was surprising that things were so poor here. The room itself and roof-top pool were spectacular. Breakfast was good, but the price ($27 EU; not posted at restaurant) was way too high.

This hotel is superb, next to a beach and metro station, you couldn't t wish for more. Friendly, helpful staff, good food. Wish there was an indoor pool for off season visits and the sauna was included in the price but, overall experience is excellent.

More of a business hotel but has some excellent amenities incl swimming pool & jacuzzi on the roof top. Location is great, 2 min from the beach.

Clean & modern hotel, nice staff. Located approx. 2 minutes walk to a metro stop and 10 minutes from Barceloneta restaurants and beach, 20+ minute walk to La Rambla. Everyone had told me to stay by La Rambla but I was perfectly happy to stay here closer to the water versus by congested La Rambla area. 30 minute cab ride to airport. Pools were small/hothing special but at least they had them (it seems like pools are not a big deal in general in Barcelona). I was happy with my stay here and would stay here again.

I have just returned from a four day stay at The Pullman Skipper Barcelona. I travelled with my daughter, sister and my daughters friend to celebrate my daughters thirtieth birthday. The hotel is worthy of it's five star rating we had a wonderful experience. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely helpful and curteous, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel facilities and accommodation were first class. Upon the day of my daughters birthday she returned to her hotel room to a surprise ie complimentary bottle of Cava, chocolates and a lovely card from the hotel staff. This was a lovely personalised gesture that helped to make the day special. Additionally the food was beautiful and again the service exeptional. I highly recommend the Pullman Skipper for all round first class service, also location two minutes from the beach and approximately a twenty five minute walk to the city's main attractions. Upon return to Barcelona i shall certainly book the Pullman Skipper. Regards Marie

Stayed here after a Disney cruise. It is very modern and well-appointed. Staff is friendly and generally spoke good English. Pools are great! Drinks are incredibly expensive - about twice what I have paid in SoBe Miami!! Location is nice - very close to Port Olimpic which has many, nice restaurants, shops and the beach.
