16th century monastery opposite the hanging houses. The Gorge of the Huecar River impregnates the supporting stone of the Former Monastery of San Pablo with spirituality. The Casas Colgadas form on inimitable oil painting, enjoyed as a natural background from some of its bedrooms. Distinct atmospheres with functional rooms, contrast with the stylish dining room, bar and cloister. A building with a special flavor.The other amenity includes Reception.

- The Parador is right in the Hoz del Huecar facing the Hanging Houses of Cuenca and accessed by the outstanding metal bridge, as is the old town. The N-III is the main road from Madrid via the Tarancon turn off, or, from Valencia, via Motilla del Palancar.

- Experts characterize Cuenca's cuisine as "noble, simple, and heavy, with home-made sophistication". Roast Lamb and Stew are the most typical dishes, although, in the opinion of many experts, these may not always be the best, or the most recommendable options. Another local dish is Morteruelo, a type of pate which is served hot. Let it be known that it contains no less than "a bit of partridge, a little hare, quite a lot of chicken, and a touch of liver" And of course there is Gazpacho Manchego, not to be confused with gazpacho soup, made with unleavened pastor bread, cured ham, and seasonal game. Beans with Partridge, Garlic Soups or Migas Ruleras, a dish of fried breadcrumbs served accompanied by grapes.
