My second stay !
This is my second visit to this hotel, and will definetly visit again. It had everything I could have wanted. The staff was the best! The most friendly and helpful in giving suggestions and directions to all of the things to see and do. Great restaurant suggestions, i.e. KiKi's at San Marcus. Thank you to all of the staff!

Great hotel choice !
I was looking for a small, intimate pension in a central location; and I received all and more. The views along with the separate areas to go for internet, patio and breakfast room were just perfect! The friendly staff, 24 hours, was so appreciated! I would recommend and stay here again on my next trip to Granada. Loved it!

Wow
This is a wonderful hotel. It was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The free internet on the lobby was such a great bonus. The staffs spoke English well and were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is literally right below Alhambra where we just walked up from our hotel - such an excellent location. A few yards down is the center of the city where all the shops and restaurants are. You will need to take a taxi from the Metro to the hotel…the taxi fare was not expensive at all, it cost us around 10 Euros.

Excellant service
The staff especially [...] was extremly helpfull. We had booked a hotel in Morocco for the following night not knowing that the ferry to Morocco did not run on Sunday. [...] worked tiressly to help us both by phone and internet to find a flight instead. The close proximity to Alhumbra was very nice. Unfourtunely the close proximity to the city square also made it very noisy at night especially on the weekend.

terrific location, great service
Fantastic location right over Plaza Nueva. Asked for a quiet room in back of building. Rooms small but had a refrigerator, safe, double bed and AC. However AC is minimal so had to open windows onto courtyard. If AC at full volume is priority I would not stay here. Minor point for us as location and staff were topnotch. Would stay here again. Even mentioned that I was going to buy a sunhat and they gave us hats with their hotel emblem.

Beautiful place
We wanted to visit this city during a weekend to discover an ancient and amazing city (Alhambra and Cathedral were really close), to have tapas and drink beers or wines and our hotel was placed in the best situation.

Really enjoyed our time at the
Really enjoyed our time at the hotel, the staff were very helpful and the location, right in the centre of town, perfect! The courtyard out the back was very lovely to sit on in the afternoon too, a wonderful setting.

Great location
The hotel sits only a block from the gate into the Alhambra grounds. Staff in the hotel were very helpful with getting tickets and directions. Rooms were well appointed with modern bathrooms. Our room was, however, very small. The hotel has a very nice upper level patio - good place to sit to read or have a cup of coffee. Hotel provides free coffee and tea throughout the day. There is also a microwave available - convenient if you want to propare your own snack. We did buy the breakfast buffet one day here - was a good value by comparison to other hotels on our Spain trip. We arrived in Granada by train and took a short taxi ride to this hotel.

Sightseeing tip:
Long walk from hotel
Reserve your Alhambra tickets in advance (you can do online). They do sell out! While in Granada, be prepared to walk to see the best sights. Take a few hours to walk (up the hill) through the old quarter. Take a good map with you as it is like a maze.
