this hotel was in an excellent location, very close to a metro station, the room was very typical for a downtown european hotel, and a decent value

Touring Fiancees
Clean and modern
Awesome location for tourist destinations and nightlife. The hotel was very clean and nice. Wifi was a little bit slow, but the amenities were otherwise nice. The only complaint I have about the hotel was the bathroom. It was a huge (by European standards) bathroom, but the door was glass and did not shut all the way. This limits privacy a bit. Otherwise, the hotel was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

Modern, great location
Just spent a single night. Room very clean and nice furnishings, but was cramped for four people. Shower was very nice, and very large. Location was great...easy walking distance to everything in the center of town. Good breakfast as well. Not recommended if you have a car. Finding parking to unload our car was very difficult. Only on-street parking near the hotel, and it was always full. After unloading, I was able to park the car at a nearby public parking garage (~2 blocks away, but was expensive even with the hotel discount). Overall, was a plesant experience and was about what I expected. Not a 5 start hotel, but very comfortable.

Very central, clean; great place to stay
This hotel had a very good price and was clean & steps away from the center of Gran Via. I enjoyed the free wireless as well as the spotless room. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends & family. The tourist "hop-on, hop-off" bus stop is literally 30 steps away.

Fantastische Lage, aber Zimmer ohne Fenster
Das Hotel liegt Super zentral. Zu Fuß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Metro in der Nähe und Taxi gleich zur Hand. Nur haben wir scheinbar wegen des Super günstigen Preises nur ein Zimmer ohne Fenster zur Strasse verdient gehabt. Ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit Fenster zu einem Schacht. Man wusste nicht, wann Tag oder Nacht ist. Vorteil: Ruhe. Für wenige Übernachtungen und Leute, die den ganzen Tag unterwegs sein wollen ein ideales Hotel. Wer etwas mehr Komfort möchte, sollte dieses Hotel nicht wählen.

Tres bon emplacement pour visite
Tres bon emplacement pour visite a pied des principaux quartiers de Madrid mais chambre un peu bruyante si elle donne sur Gran Via Le "High Tech" qui est le point commun de tous les Petits Palaces se degrade assez vite si la maintenance ne suit pas.
